Very happy with the purchase of our dining table. It’s the second time we’ve used Barker and Stonehouse.

The table is great. The delivery happened exactly as planned. We were called in advance of the delivery. Kevin and Greg from Crawley Depot were great making the delivery. Polite and helpful!

We’ll use Barker and Stonehouse again. A great independent business!

I ordered a sofabed online, although delivery wasn’t included. Well worth it as I had a really positive experience from the two lads (David and Paul from Blaydon) who unpackaged, brought the furniture inside and to an upstairs room, built it where I had asked them too and showed me how the assembly worked so that I can disassemble myself in the future. They also called ahead on the day and Barker & Stonehouse called the day after my order to arrange the most suitable delivery date for me. Overall professional and stress free experience, the two lads were both lovely gents.

Thomas and Stefan were really efficient and they brought the chairs into the space I wanted them.

The bookshelf I ordered is beautiful. I was especially happy with the delivery and install service - Dan H and Wande were super helpful and lovely people.

Dean & Don were fantastic, we live in a tiny village with tricky access, they managed to get all our furniture delivered and built whilst having to keep moving the lorry to let the flow of traffic through, I was so grateful for how helpful they were and incredible skills at getting large sofas through small cottage doors. Great service

Delivery drivers Theo and Kevin were great, let us know they were running slightly behind schedule. The furniture came with lots of extra packaging and they kindly unpacked that and it removed it for us. Very helpful!

We were told all about how the delivery would work and it all happened exactly to plan , correct day , date and time . Two excellent delivery lads , Jamie S and Moustafa . Ordered our new dining table from the store at Teesside Retail Park. Dale Hollifield was very helpful and informative and answered all our questions. The whole process was completely stress free and everything regarding the care pack and delivery was explained in detail.

Bought an ottoman bed base from the Blaydon branch. All the staff, in store, on the phone and the delivery team were friendly, informed and helpful. The delivery date was confirmed in a timely manner and the time slot on the day was confirmed by the delivery team. The team of Martin & Des (Blaydon) treated our home and us with respect & friendliness and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.
