I liked the color a lot!
I liked the color a lot!
But it doesn't really stay on the lips so perfect and long as promised...
Also, it does stain glasses or whatever.. Just not a lot, like other lipsticks do..

Got already used products
I ordered some lip products from banana beauty and they sent me an already used liquid lipstick! Then the costumer service claimed that it was me who used it even though it was already used when I opened the package! I‘ll never order from them again! That experience actually tells you that you should film yourself opening your package so that you have proof of their mess around!

The Products are amazing. The colours are super pretty and vibrant and the quality is unbeatable. The liquid lipsticks are soft and soothing for your lips and very long lasting. Never gonna use any other products than Banana Beauty 🔥🥰🤩

Lipstick color are lighter than…
I'm disappointed! Lipstick color is way more lighter than expected so you need to put a lot of layer in order to get the pigmentation needed and it doesn't stay long.

Smooth order and delivery with tracking on DHL, nice packaging, products of great quality. Don't ever buy full price but wait for the regular offers you receive per email :) Already ordered a couple times with them and I am very, very satisfied. It feels like Christmas to me whenever I open my package, haha.

Paid and did not receive product
Ordered a product mid August and received an email to say the product would be delivered on the 23rd. It's now September 3rd and I went on to track the parcel. The delivery company DHL states the parcel has been delivered. I contacted BB customer service who also clarified the parcel had been delivered and signed for. Checked with neighbours and replied to customer services asking was there anything could be done and never got a reply. I imagine if it was signed for or left somewhere would I not get a little card through the door. Not particularly impressed considering each product is approx £20 each. Expensive loss.

Be very careful when submitting your order! If there is any mistake it’s too late... I made a typo on my address, so I sent immediately à support request within the « cancel an order » category (there is no phone number to call them directly !) and 2 days later the order has been dispatched anyway, nobody has answered my support request !!

I love their lipsticks. Easy to apply, natural and they look marvellous! I use the liquid ones which become matte-looking after 1 or 2 minutes.
