Always easy and fast, I often check Ballicom first.
Price is often very competitive too.

I love the service I received, it was quick and easy. I placed my order on Tuesday late afternoon and it stated if delivery would be free If I wait for 7 days and for next day delivery was an additional cost however I was nit in any hurry therefore opted for later delivery so I dont need to pay. The very next day around midday it arrived. Thus was the mist quickest service I had ever received all under 24hours. I love the bud3 its nice and comfortable to use. Very east to setup. I did drop the box on purpose to see if the magnetic box was strong enough nit to open and it passed the test. I would highly recommend this and in near future I would like to get the mobile and watch.

Ballicom were very quick with providing me with a quote, which was at a good price compared with other suppliers. I also received the goods the next day, so couldn't ask for better service.

This was my first purchase with Ballicom. It was for a product that was approximately £400. I was very nervous to purchase through a company that I had never heard of. The entire experience was excellent. I received my brand new item one day ahead of schedule. The customer service people at Ballicom were very helpful. I will be purchasing additional items with them in the future. I would recommend them without reservation

Very competitive price. Quick delivery

I don't leave reviews for every retailer I use, but given I'd never used Ballicom before and wasn't sure it was legit, I thought I should say how pleased I am I did.

Ordered a pack of four second-generation AirTags, for about 10% less than anywhere else was selling them. Even though I selected the cheapest postage option, that only promised delivery in seven working days, the item arrived the very next day.

Will definitely use again. Strongly recommended.

Good product but zero communication re delivery. I'm not clear whether this fault lies with Ballicom or the delivery company but paid for next day delivery and didn't receive the item due to being advised to wait for a email from Ballicom which never arrived and neither did we receive delivery information from the delivery company which resulted in missing the delivery

Had absolutely amazing experience with this store. My Ergotron monitor arm actually arrived the very next day as promised, and was brand new as advertised (and not tried by a hundred other people like when you order from Amazon & eBay). On top of that, the value was better than Amazon et al too.

It was easy to buy l memory for my pc and price was good. Unfortunately my package went missing on its way to me. Nothing the Ballicom could so about that but Josh from customer services was always quick to respond and polite. I will defo use the company again.

I had never heard of Ballicom and was a bit hesitant but not only did they have the lowest price they refunded my next day delivery without any questions asked. It was not their fault, Parcel Force screwed up and had incorrect tracking information. So I give them 5 stars and will have no issue using them again in the future.
