Good service from the team at Reigate, the speclized creo was ready to collect on time Emma was very helpful in setting the bike up,

Please tell Will in the repair shop that the power still goes off intermittently. On Saturday it was after 52 minutes into the ride and then it conked out again 2 more times. Each time it stated again but only after a few minutes

Very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional. Evidence as a returning customer that the service is good and the prices are keen.

This is an great bike shop. Having previously visited them to get my existing bike fixed, I was advised at the time that it would not be cost effective for them to do this, thereby saving me considerable wasted costs. I appreciated their honesty and so decided to get a new bike from them at a later date. The one I was then recommended by them was excellent, and very well priced. I am very happy with it, and its transformed my cycling experience.

When I received my bike I have had marks on my bike which not happy about

I arrived 20 minutes before the shop was due to close, having pushed my bike for 3 miles with a puncture. The chaps at Balfes found time to change the inner tube and check out the wheel …great service and all with friendly smiles!

Service was very good including making sure I bought the right bike for me in the correct size. Bike was also well set up.

Fantastic service from the Reigate branch - couldn't have done more for me.

Called the store and spoke to Matt. Really friendly and helpful. Went to the store about half an hour later. The young guys on the desk at the service area was friendly professional and knowledgeable about everything to do with cycling. Gave me some really useful info about maintaining my bike and things to look out for to ensure I maintain it properly and save money in the long run.I cannot fault the staff or the service. The replaced an inner tube for quickly. I thought I might need two but they suggested because of the age of the bike probably no need. They were right. Could have got an extra sale but instead that gave got a long term new customer. Would not hesitate to recommend them
