Exceptionally brilliant customer service and fantastically made jewellery - I have a bracelet full of beads and a necklace. I cannot recommend this business more, not only is it a British made production line and service but they are the epitome of buying local regardless of where you live. No request is too much and the quality of the jewellery is top notch.

Fantastic service and beautiful product! I bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband and Adele and team went above and beyond helping me with the order process and even hand delivering the bracelet to me so it would arrive in time! Adele at Baileys was a pleasure to deal with, after checking with DHL and establishing my order was lost, she arranged a replacement order which arrived just in time for Christmas. Brilliant company
Bought a bracelet from them many years ago and since then have purchased a number of beads. They are friendly and very efficient. Delivery times are excellent.
