Anderson's woven belt

I was looking for an Anderson's woven belt as a replacement for a previous Anderson's belt that had given many years of service. Frontiers had a very similar belt to my old one at the best price I could find online. Ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Would definitely buy from here again.

Sent complaint details with email....

The kind and prompt response I received from Mark at Frontier-Man clarified the circumstances involved with my complaint. The bottom line was that I was unfamiliar with the duties and processes regarding receiving a purchase from overseas. My fault and the product received was excellent.......Bill Howe

Hi Bill,

Following receipt of your complaint, as you are aware, we investigated the shipment directly with DHL.

The parcel arrived at your local delivery office in the early hours on the 19th June and was scheduled for delivery that day. However, the shipment was placed on hold awaiting your payment of the duties. DHL’s records show that payment was received after the processing cut-off, meaning the parcel could not be released for delivery that day.

We are pleased, however, that the parcel was successfully delivered the following working day and that you subsequently confirmed you were very pleased with the belt.

I phoned the shop to ask about sizing before ordering online and the person I spoke was very helpful. I ordered mid afternoon and my purchase arrived the next day by post. Brilliant service all round
