While these weren't refurbished (ChromeOS Flex thumb drives), the service was excellent, and the drives worked as expected.

My old phone was literally falling apart, I ordered my new phone from this website and I was pleasantly surprised!! I wanted my phone to last for as long as possible so I bought the premium version but they have different affordable refurbished prices for phones which is definitely a plus because if you are like me and needed a phone asap, they definitely have you covered!!! Over the last 5 years I have ordered 7 iphones and/or ipads from you. I have always been pleased with your impeccable service, and the great quality of the devices we received. Communication has been top notch, and shipping lightning fast. I have recommended you to many of my friends. The only blip is the ratings I have received from the trade-ins I have sent. The first few years it was great...no problem. But on the last two occasions I have felt the evaluations on your end were less than accurate. This last time your refurbisher said the sides and back were cracked which is a total fabrication. It was carefully packed in the same box and packing you sent to me with my new ipad. But what choice do I have? Take it back and go through the hassle of finding a buyer? You have me over a barrel so I just take the loss and accept the puny offer you put forth. You have a great company, and I will consider buying from you again, but the trust I used to experience in your evaluations of my trade-ins has been lost.

Everything went well, exactly as the directions showed. Only one minor issue…won’t print via WiFi network. Shows on screen that everything is connected and printing but printer doesn’t print. Does print via usb but would prefer network.
Thank you very much for coming up with this solution to throwing away my nice laptop. It gives me back the use of a good but older laptop computer.

The phone I bought is wonderful- fast shipping and this company s easy to work with

I bought a 16-inch MacBook Pro from Back Market because I trusted their stated quality standards and wanted the protection of buying through a refurbished marketplace rather than a peer-to-peer sale.

The MacBook arrived with 81% battery health, below Back Market’s stated MacBook battery standard. Back Market has acknowledged that this is a quality issue and not a simple change-of-mind return.

I first raised this case on June 18, and I have now been going back and forth with Back Market for weeks without a concrete resolution.

Because the battery check was missed, I asked for confirmation that the device had been inspected for liquid/water damage, oxidation, corrosion, and internal liquid-damage indicators. After repeated follow-ups, the seller still has not provided that confirmation.

I also visited an Apple Authorised Service Provider / iStore to ask about the battery replacement. I was told an Apple-certified battery replacement would likely cost around USD $300–$350, with a final quote requiring paid diagnostics. During a courtesy visual check, the device was found to be very dirty internally, especially around the speaker grille areas, which further undermined my confidence in the refurbishment process.

Back Market support has been polite, but the process has been slow, unclear, and frustrating. The main issue is accountability. If Back Market advertises quality standards and sells devices as refurbished, then basic battery checks and refurbishment records should be available without the customer having to chase repeatedly for weeks.

I am still waiting for a concrete resolution.

This is the second product from Back market, a watch 3 yrs ago still going strong, and my latest is still under review just got it but so far works as advertised.

This is my second phone purchase from Back Market and I'm very pleased. I like the different options that Back Market allows - condition grades, battery, color, etc. The website is easy to maneuver and I got both my phones at reasonable prices. The "condition" option has nothing to do with functionality, it's strictly cosmetic things like scratches. I received an email upon ordering that let me know what to do to get my information transferred from my old phone and get service set up on it. It was simple and quick. The phone arrived within a few days of ordering it. It has been working perfectly.

Watch is in excellent condition. Great deal for the price and love that it comes with a warranty.
