My experience of Babla's is that they take no responsibility for the quality of goods they sell and that their attitude towards customers is mean and obstructive. This is why.

A Seiko radio-controlled alarm clock supplied by Bablas didn’t always show the correct time. Babla's advised me to send it for repair to Seiko UK repairs, which I did. The fault recurred so I sent it back again to Seiko UK. This problem was resolved but after a few months a further issue developed. The alarm did not always go off because the minute hand seemed to be getting stuck against the alarm hand. After turning the alarm off the clock set itself right again.

At this stage I had paid three times for postage of the clock – once for the original delivery and twice for sending it to the repairers. I asked Babla's to refund the sum of £27.50 for supply and delivery. The clock is totally unreliable as an alarm clock and has caused such serious inconvenience that I am not going to use it again. I pointed out that Bablas had made no contribution to the cost of sending it for repairs and asked them for a prepaid return label if they wanted the clock returned to them. They refused to pay in advance for return of the clock and said that if I sent it back to them and they found a fault, they would refund postage up to £2.95. Although the clock was bought through Amazon and purchase details were easily available online, they asked for a copy of the invoice and also for the repair references (which I supplied).

£27.50 is not a huge sum and I am writing it off. The useless clock is going into the rubbish bin, where Babla's rightfully belongs.

The watch I wanted (Bulova Accutron 2 Spaceview) was in stock at a good price, but Babla's were happy to match the lowest price I could find. I ordered and the watch was dispatched within hours ...sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery at no cost. It arrived well packed the following morning...everything as it should be.
So, I went from considering this watch to actually wearing it within 18 hours...and at a better price than I anticipated.
I'm very impressed and would recommend them without question.

I needed to repair and service my 10+ year old Tag links chronograph and had been given quotes from local independent jewellers at almost the cost of purchasing the same watch again new. Having found Bablas on the internet and received a verbal quotation on the phone I took a trip in to Wembley to see for myself where I would be leaving my beloved watch. The owner was not only extremely knowledgeable but it was obvious that he loved his work. True to his quotation the watch was repaired, serviced and also polished. It looked amazing when I collected it. I was so pleased I purchased a new watch for my girlfriend whilst I was there, as a sign of my appreciation for his work. My girlfriends watch was cheaper then any other on line retialer. Thank you Bablas you will be thoroughly recommended to others.

Babla's has bee a saviour for my old 2004 Swatch Watch. It is the only supplier that can provide a correct replacement strap. In fact, this is the second strap which I have bought over the years. Congratulations!

I ordered a new clock from Babla's on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived by lunchtime the next day. In between times, I had an email confirming the order followed quickly by another confirming dispatch. This is how internet shopping should work.

I am really glad to have found a business like yours, that store the original parts for Tissot watches, so the joy and the experience of wearing this brand of watches wont end, a different strap would had killed the look of my watch. Also, I am very happy with the prompt and accurate response to the order I placed with you.
