First class service for about 4 years. We’ve only had one 2 day break in service and we were kept fully informed of progress. I use it for work and lots of TVs etc, it’s excellent.

Fantastically fast and rock solid internet.

I have reliable fast BB at home enabling me to run a business. I regularly joinonline meetings and my internet connection never lets me down, wheas it often does fro other attendees, even when connecting from their offices! I have almost no phone signal here with any of the main companies, so B4RN broadband also improves my phone connectivity via Wifi WhatsApp calls.

When installed the visits were scheduled and the staff and volunteers arrived on time. They were polite and explained everything.
Since that time the performance has been outstanding. One glitch and assistance from the helpline talked me through and resolved the issue. A follow up email with written advice for any future occurrences was received. Other residents have confirmed that any break in service has been resolved within less than 1 hour. Price is very competitive.

I have been with the company since Lawkland completed our comunity installation in April 2017. the system as been virtually trouble free. Maintenance operations are always flagged well in advance. The main down time is usually caused by local farmers and contractors damaging the network.

Best broadband in the UK. Nothing comes close. No contention ratios slowing you down, the speed is guaranteed.

Living in a very rural area the B4RN connection is vital to our everyday life.
When problems have arisen( e.g.someone digging up our cable) the response was resolved very quickly without fuss.

Persevered to create a fibre to property network in my rural area, thus increasing my download speeds by a factor of 10 and upload by much more. Good technical help too when needed. Reasonable value for the service offered.

Good communication about disruptions to service, which have been few. However, the strength of the signal leaves a lot to be desired. It can be nonexistent at times in some parts of the house.

Living in a remote rural community my options for high speed internet were limited. BT speeds were 5Mbps or less and the service was unreliable. I tried StarLink with multiple 4G routers as backups. While this provided me with a stable and reasonable fast link to the outside world I was paying around £200 per month. B4RN has been a god send for the business, the installation was quick and straight forward, I opted for two fibre lines entering the property at opposite ends of the building. Machines that are connected to the B4RN router with an RJ45 cable have download speeds between 900 and 950Mbps and upload speeds of between 650 and 700Mbps. Devices connecting to the router via wifi receive download speeds between 850 and 900Mbps and upload speeds between 800 and 850Mbps. During the years using B4RN I can only remember one instance of unscheduled downtime when someone put a JCB bucket through the fibre, but this was fixed within a couple of hours. In terms of cost B4RN has proven to be very cost effective with each of my fibre connections costing just £30 each per month, so cutting my previous monthly bill by more than 50% for a much better service. I would definitely recommend B4RN.

Always easy to contact customer services. Friendly and efficient team. If engineers have to come out they are usually within 36 hours. Excellent service. Great upload speeds.
