A breath of fresh air!
This made a claim I was dreading very simple. AX took care of everything and kept me updated all along the way. It was all done in a very timely manner with minimum effort required by us. My only constructive criticism would be that I had to enter the same information three times and tell someone over the telephone - it should just flow through from my insurance company to AX, rather than repeated uploading of photographs, answering the same questions etc. Other than that, a breath of fresh air when it comes to organisations doing what they say they will!
