I'd give a minus 5 if available.
Repair man insulted us and refused to do any work.
Disabled mother of 85 on an emergency callout.
I've never heard of any Repair emergency or not, ever act like this in my life, and all for a misunderstanding on his behalf about parking. Although he was happy to leave car across the street to shout abuses.

I will make it a personal request to question the company regarding this policy of refusing to do the work if there is no parking. Even if there is they may choose not to do the work.
Direct line has been informed and I feel that please hope and pray and call the neighbour's and family to and witness them with video on or phones and you may just you have a good service 🙏

Avoid, crazy sales and crazy drivers

The company has a good reputation but unfortunately my experience was really unpleasant. On arrival the engineer demanded (demanded,not asked for) a manual for servicing my boiler and as I didn't have one he cribbed the instructions from the internet. He could not have been familiar with my Worcester boiler,a make widely used. I can only hope that he did the job properly though the boiler needed repressurising twice since this service some 6 weeks ago.

The agreement was that instead of checking the radiators for air he would even them out as we get very different temperatures in rooms despite the same setting and he will have a look at the gas stove which would not light.
Instead he ran around and checked the radiators for air, I don’t know how as several were turned off.

The engineer said that the stove needed a new pilot assembly and promised to check availability. Eventually I received the bad news that the part was unavailable. This was a big blow for me because a similar one costs a lot of money.
Since then I discovered that all that was needed was to clean the pilot, a toothbrush would have probably done the trick. Their incompetence could have cost me thousands.

There were other unpleasantnesses but I try to forget about them.
I probably would not write this review had they answered my emails. I first wrote soon after the service expressing my disappointment then sent another rather irate one when I discovered how badly they misled me about the stove. They were both ignored.
