Having had my claim on Ryanair redirected to ADR, I was initially worried that this was a delaying tactic by the airline, however ADR have handled my claim very professionally keeping me informed at all stages of the process.
If I had any queries, they were always available on the phone and the staff were extremely well informed and were able to handle any problems I had immediately.
Very impressed with their excellent service and would recommend them to others claiming from airlines.

Great service! Not the fastest, but worked perfectly!

The website was fairly easy to use and the approach is structured and mostly clear. Communications were answered promptly. However, you need to be extremely careful, if claiming on behalf of a group, and with evidence uploaded. I thought I’d done everything the site had asked me to do in confirming I had permission from the other members of the group to act on their behalf and I still don’t know what we did wrong. The evidence I provided in support of the amount claimed apparently wasnt sufficient but nobody will message you asking for additional evidence. They just refused one third of the claim and there was no opportunity at all to put it right. 2/3 of the money recovered from Ryanair eventually, although most of delay was down to Ryanair.

I wouldn't even bother trying to take your case through this corrupt organisation!
Ryanair chose to charge me additional money for oversized baggage. The bag was well within allowance and dimensions were sent of the bag including images of the bag with a tape measure showing the exact dimensions.
Allegedly that doesn't matter to the Aviation ADR and instead they chose to uphold Ryanair's decision to charge me the additional £75 fee!
Ryanair's allowance is 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. My bag fit in the hole, and was 50cm x 30cm x 20cm so not even close to the maximum size!
Corrupt organisation, don't waste your time, we now know why Ryanair request you resolve disputes through these con artists!
Just in response to the comment below, Ryanair didn't even provide a response let alone any evidence! They even asked for an extension to provide evidence and failed to, just for your additional information and more proof of the lack of impartiality!

Easy to use the website and submit my claim, when updates were requested they were always responded to within a day, portal really easy to use. Quite a long process but this is to allow the company time to respond.

I found the upload and description of receipts difficult , system repeatedly crashed
Once the claim was submitted it was easy to see progress of my case , but

Very greatful to AviationADR team for succefully getting my money back from Easyjet for an unfair luggage charge. I got in touch with them after months of trying with Easyjet myself without success. The team kept me updated of the progress at all times.I definitely recommend AviationADR.
Thank you again

Do not use this service. They are far away from independent. I submitted all evidence for my family (4 passengers) and they awarded the minimum just for myself without even calculating the hrs of the delay correctly.

I was gratified to find that this arbitration process existed after my nightmare trying to deal with Ryanair to resolve a dispute that arose from their mistake and non acceptance of it. The arbitration process was a bit laborious and I found that my patience wore thin throughout each stage, but after 4 months of submitting information and waiting, waiting and more waiting I was at least successful in getting half of our money back. I still feel aggrieved that my claim was not thoroughly reviewed by their ‘highly skilled and experienced’ adjudicator who had clearly not fully read or understood what I was trying to reclaim costs for, but at least this service does offer some hope to anyone experiencing bad treatment from an Airline. I would also warn anyone reading this review to be very careful in any dealings you have with Ryanair as they blatantly ignored their mistake and dragged their heels throughout the appeal process.

So grateful to Aviation ADR for their swift resolution to our compensation claim. We were totally dismissed by Easy Jet and would not have received a penny. By putting our trust in the dispute resolution process we received exactly what we knew we were entitled too.

simple forms and easy to use. I didn't even know about this service until I used chat gpt. A service that every airport needs to advertise to use for customers that have had a problem with airlines. This is true 'power to the people' stuff. Thank you for your service.

Help with refund for delayed flight. We would not have got the refund without your help. The process was straightforward and we were updated at each stage.
