Poor colour printing, misaligned stickers

Printed some stickers with them, and the colour was faded, as if the printer was running out of ink. Also, the sticker alignment was off too, so each sticker is lopsided from each other. Very disappointed.

Poor service

After I spent over $200 on labels from Avery, I then saw them go on sale a week later. While many companies now offer price adjustment refunds within 10 days from date of purchase to date of the next sales, Avery provides no such option. Very poor service.

Unable to provide any additional aftercare service and add to orders

Whilst Avery Products provided prompt service with my order, i was disappointed that they couldn't add to my existing order. We spent over three times the amount required for free shipping and they weren't able to add anything extra when i contacted them less than twenty fours hours post placing the order. In future, i would recommend shopping elsewhere OR splitting you order multiple times so that if you forget something you can add it to a smaller order and meet the free shipping easier,

The Avery online software is so clunky

The Avery online software is so clunky. They’ve supposedly just completed an update and now I can’t access my saved templates. It happened the last time as well. When I contacted customer service they took their time to respond and by that stage, they’d finally ironed out the update bugs and told me there was no issue. No apology, just made me out to be making it up.
Once I finish my current stock of labels, I’m out

False advertising of the senna cashmere sweater

Beware - The Senna cashmere sweater comes with shirt 'bits'. It described as a cashmere sweater. The product specifications reflect this, ie cashmere, not cotton for the shirt collar cuffs, etc. I wanted to purchase a sweater. The photo should be regarded as for styling suggestions only since the product is a cashmere sweater. I have contacted Avery - no reply. I am currently $70 out of pocket. The site states the return cost is the purchaser's responsibility, at $40, it is hardly worth it. Very disappointed.

HUGE DELAYS!!!!

We usually order or labels through Vista Print, however, because we were in a rush to get our labels we decided to go through Avery because of their advertised 1 - 2 business days processing time. It became quickly evident that Avery can not honour their advertising processing times as it has almost been a full week and the labels are still "processing" (meaning they still have not been printed). Usually via Vista Print, the labels would've been printed and shipped by now. This is costing our business thousands per day! Not being able to operate for a full week has impacted our business by tens of thousands of dollars. Probably safer to stay away from a company that cannot honour their processing times.

DISAPPOINTED & LET DOWN. DO NOT HONOR GUARANTEE.

So disappointed - does NOT guarantee satisfaction. NON-existent customer service.
I ordered over $250 worth of labels, and it was my first order. When some of them came back wrong and dissatisfactory I sent them a very polite email explaining what went wrong and if I could have some of them re-printed or at least a voucher to help me with reprinting. IGNORED. giving them the benefit of the doubt and being early January, I emailed them a few weeks later, only to be IGNOREd again. Outrightly. Like they have no customer service, or just rudely ignore customers who have issues with their order. So unprofessional. My money was all wasted, and they couldn't even be bothered to offer me a consolation or a voucher on the next order. Shame, I liked their label editing tool and would have used them regularly if they were not so rude and dismissive. I have now moved over to banner buzz and I am a lot happier.

Perfect.
The labels arrived exactly how I designed them.
The price including delivery was cheap compared to some other businesses.
Just an all over great experience.
Will definitely be using this company again.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star

I don’t even want to give them 1 star! First time ordering from them they ruined my design. Second time ordering I forgot what happened the first time. This time they didn’t print a white background and when I stuck them to my product they were transparent. I asked for a refund but they only offered me “free shipping for November “. I asked them to reprint and send them. The second lot I received the colour was way off !!! I stuck them to my product and they were all different colours ! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement ! I am confident I will NEVER be ordering from this company again ! I think 4 chances is enough!

Honestly - slow and ancient compared to Avery UK and USA

Honestly, this place is a joke.
Customer service is nonexistent in the first place. First time I called the lady who answered was just negative with the size of labels I was enquiring about. In 2021, you guys are still wayyyyy behind compared to AVERY in the USA and UK. And the lady on the phone was bold enough to say you guys will NEVER ad new sizes of label. Way too go.
Forward 3 purchases later I am still waiting for my labels to be printed. Another negative lady on the phone was like, you ordered late at night on Thursday so give it time ... are you joking?
I ordered same time at Avery USA and that label has already been delivered to Boston MA and my brother posted it out to me on Saturday, it is due on Wednesday. See where am going with this?
You guys are a joke.

Wake up!!! its 2021, people are FAST and efficient!

One of the best printing companies…

One of the best printing companies around, if not the very best. Ordered 2 sheets of 2 large printed labels per page. They kindly included 1 extra sheet with 2 labels at no extra cost. Superb packing and postage. Company with a great big heart. Would reorder from them any time.

Poor Service

Have spent a lot of many reprinting labels as they just can’t seem to get my colours correct. First call to Avery the lady was rude and unhelpful. In the end I was sent a proof that I either had to accept or get a refund. Hard when you have a business to run and just expect the proof you approve online to match the print that’s delivered. Be careful, your colours become distorted.
Very poor service.

Amazing 100% recommend

I have only started using this service. I was that impressed with my first order that I placed other 2 orders straight after! The quality is great, price is great and shipping was so quick! Have wasted so much time trying to get…

Have wasted so much time trying to get these to work - the pdf does not print to the size of the label code put in - could have hand written the labels by now.
