Absolutely useless tech support

Absolutely useless tech support. In the Philippines
because everyone is employed in the US. Avast Premium Security is "damaged or incomplete" on Mac and normally you would uninstall it and reinstall. However the Uninstall process says Avast Premium Security is not installed. So I can't uninstall it but I can't use it because it is corrupt. No help, wanted to set up a solution via email with the product support team which evidently is different than Tech Support. Had already spent an hour online trying to find a solution on their website before calling and spending another 20 minutes getting nowhere. Generally a great product on Mac and iPhone for this and VPN but not so much now.

Took money 118.69 dollars from the…

Took money 118.69 dollars from the account without notifying even though I was not using them. I have already cancelled the subscription or renewal after purchasing it for one year, but they charged me regardless. Buyers be aware, the product is ok but they will charge you double or triple without any notification.

Best overall AV solution out there, I've been a client/customer for 20 years (Premium Internet Security) and will use no other product for ALL my personal devices!
