AVA Master P60
AVA Master P60 . When i unboxed the pressure washer i noticed the cable clips for the power lead were both left handed ones instead of one of each , i got in touch with customer service and asked if they could send me the right hand part. Next day i received an email from AVA saying that they would send one out , when it arrived next day delivery there were a whole new set right/ left and another tool holder for storing nozzles etc. Great customer service in-fact the best i have ever received from any company , no hassle what so ever 10/10 thanks AVA.

Excellent customer service
I had a slight problem after buying my P57 easy so I emailed customer service and my query was answered almost immediately.
My P57 is working fine now and I've cleaned both cars, the patio, the guttering and fascias, the houses windows and garden wall.

Courier failure
This is not a review about the product, but DPD the courier. Package due 5th/6th June. Two "Sorry we missed you" messages when in fact no delivery was attempted! Another message today telling me my parcel is at their depot, 20 miles away.
Looking forward to trying my new pressure washer before water company put a ban on hosepipes but thanks to this inept company, who knows.
Sorry AVA but you need to sort this out.

Easy to order parts when registering my…
Easy to order parts when registering my pressure washer. They arrived promptly. Minor issue - the box had been damaged in transit (usual Royal Mail heavy handling) the contents inside appeared OK but could do with a little bubble wrap around them to prevent possible issues. Parts now stored for future service and pressure washer doing a great job in the garden.

P57 XL pressure washer
I purchased a P57 XL pressure washer, excellent product. Just had an issue with a faulty lance. I reported via Amazon and Mischa, from AVA got back very quickly. I provided a short video of the issue. Mischa responded quickly and is sending out a replacement lance.
Great aftercare experience from Mischa and AVA. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely first class product and service from this gem of a company. Seems to be a rare occurrence in this cut throat age we live in.

I have a AVA P70 pressure washer & it is fantastic! Better still is AVA’s policy to stand by their product’s durability, with a second to none warranty.

Brilliant delivery time.
We ordered our pressure washer at 2.30 on Friday afternoon and it arrived at 12.30 the following day, this was an unexpected pleasant surprise and it was free delivery. We unpacked it today and are very impressed with the quality of the machine and components which are far superior to other well known brands which we have purchased. Not had chance to put it through its paces yet apart from trying all the fitments and running it to make sure all is well but once we have cleaned the car and cleaned our driveway we will do another review. Well done Ava 20 out of 10 so far. 😉👍
