Great power washer
Bought this a while ago but only got a chance now to use the patio cleaner. It is really easy to use does a great job of removing algae etc. Machine is powerful and blasts dirt away with ease. My only criticism is that the machine is heavier than I expected. But then it does have a 10 warranty so I guess its built to last.

I ordered via Amazon a p 57 washer ,did…
I ordered via Amazon a p 57 washer ,did the minor set up and connected the hose to find water leaking from the main hose reel tried to press the hose in but it would not retain and kept popping out so it's unusable contact customer support but as yet no reply,but I am disappointed.. I may have been unlucky but I requested a return.. the return will be over a week,the refund ten days later and I will have the cost of return deducted from the refund!! So they sell a defective unit and charge me for sending it back ,it does not say how much the return will be either..I live on my pension and can't replace it until everything is sorted .. I am not happy.. that's an understatement

Brilliant Company and Product
Absolutely brilliant company to buy from. Fast postage and very simple set up instructions. Once you open the box and feel the quality of the box and the products inside the box you know you have brought a quality product. The big bonus is a 20 year warranty!

Faulty patio race.
I completed the on-line form regarding the fault that had ocurred with my patio race. I was sent an email with two codes, one for a replacement patio race and one for free postage. The replacement arrived within two days.

AVA Master P60
AVA Master P60 . When i unboxed the pressure washer i noticed the cable clips for the power lead were both left handed ones instead of one of each , i got in touch with customer service and asked if they could send me the right hand part. Next day i received an email from AVA saying that they would send one out , when it arrived next day delivery there were a whole new set right/ left and another tool holder for storing nozzles etc. Great customer service in-fact the best i have ever received from any company , no hassle what so ever 10/10 thanks AVA.
