We have dealt with many warranty…
We have dealt with many warranty companies in the past and we can now say that we have finally come across one worth having!
Our AD blue pump and ecu failed. We took our car to our local garage who gave us an estimate which we then emailed in to AU. Claim was approved and our garage was paid in under an hour of emailing in the final invoice. Very impressed and will be extending our cover.

Avoid them...Total Fraud
I got Au Warranties when I bought the second had car from Surrey Autos Limited. It was for six months. The car was broken within two weeks. Surry Autos asked me to contact the insurance company. Insurance company did not allow me to repair the car in the garage at my locality. They forced me to send the car to Surry Autos which is two hrs from my house. Surry Autos did some cheap repair, and the car was broken down again within one month. I called them again, but they said to me to contact Surry Autos. Surry Autos is a very bad dealer and Au warranties have collaboration with them to sell the package to attract customers. The Au Warranties have the collaboration with Surry Autos for selling faulty car with ad-hoc repair. I have requested Au Warranties to repair the car in the garage of my locality, but they denied. There is a huge corruption and cheating of customers are going on with Surrey Motors and Au Warranties. Avoid them, totally cheating insurance company.

Clutch trouble
Hi having seen all the negative reviews about AU must say this is my experience had a car for two days when the clutch broke had the car repaired at my own expense then sent the invoice and bank details to AU received a e-mail saying the claim had been approved I was paid the full amount within two days all good Keith

From start to finish been appalling…
From start to finish been appalling just like the garage who I bought the car off, agreed to pay my garage for work done start of the week and I’ve done nothing but chase them was promised by the person dealing would be payed today and guess what nothing so my car is still stuck at the garage where is been for 6 weeks, I’m out of Pocket due to having to hire a car to get my disabled son from A to B I have specified this loads they don’t care absolutely awful company to deal with.

Appalling service, I submitted a claim 4 weeks ago, chased them numerous times for an answer. The claim has been rejected! Waste of time, the phone operator has just put the phone down on me?????

Appalling. I have rang 4 times, claim marked as urgent. Not one returned call, never had a conversation with any staff and then told my claim today has been rejected! WOW

Our records show that on the 10/02/2021, we were advised by you that your car was experiencing a 'knocking sound coming from underneath the car'. The team advised you to get the car diagnosed and submit their findings in order for us to process your claim. Having triple checked our records, we did not receive any diagnosis or fault report. After 14 days of no response from yourself or any self chosen garage, the claim was closed on the basis that no further action was required.
