Highly recommended! The entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. We received our car without any waiting time and were very happy with the VW T-Cross – a modern, like-new vehicle in excellent condition.
A special thank you to Miriam for organizing our booking. Everything was arranged professionally and efficiently from the very beginning. The vehicle pick-up and return were also quick, easy, and handled by a very friendly and helpful team.
The whole experience was exceptionally well organized, and the customer service was outstanding. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire rental process.

Renting our car from Automania was an excellent experience from start to finish. They provide clear instructions on where to go once you arrive at the airport, and a shuttle picks you up and takes you directly to their location. Our car was ready and waiting when we arrived.
They also offer an online check-in process, which really speeds things up. By the time we got there, we only had to review the rental details and sign the paperwork, making the pickup quick and hassle-free.
During our trip, we had a few questions about parking in Italy, and the team was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp. Their prompt communication and willingness to help made a big difference and gave us peace of mind throughout our rental.

We were completely satisfied
Very fast and hassle-free car pickup with no waiting time. The staff member was extremely friendly, and we even received a complimentary upgrade—we had booked a manual car but were given an automatic instead. Returning the car outside business hours was just as easy, and we received confirmation of the return promptly, about two hours later. The car itself was excellent; it was brand new.

Worst car I ever had
Worst car I ever had. The keys always disconnect from the car. Automania told me, that the battery probably died and I should buy another battery. Turned out it is the car not the battery. No support on their side.

Overall, the car was in good condition, but the child car seat was a huge disappointment. It was old, dirty, and torn.
We rented the seat for our 5-month-old baby, but it was completely unsuitable for an infant. Our baby was sinking into the seat because it did not provide proper support. There was no leg support, and the baby's body was not positioned correctly, which put unnecessary strain on the spine. Our child was clearly uncomfortable throughout the journey.
A rental company should ensure that child car seats are clean, well-maintained, and appropriate for the age and size of the child. Safety equipment for infants should always meet modern standards.

They condicted fraud at car return
At the return of the car out of the office hours I returned the car without a schratch and took photos of it. Automania sent me photos of suposably my car at another location with schratches on both sides of the car, but on the photos you can see in reflection another car same model and colour. They condicted fraud to take 440 eur from me, without even noticing me.

If any damage is identified during the subsequent inspection the damages are then assessed by the partner body shops we work with. Once the repair estimate is received, Automania will proceed with charging the corresponding amount.
