Great service all round
Very easy to book appointment. I wrote asking for an early appointment and was given an afternoon one. Fitter rang me and said he could do it in 20mins time 10am.
Very pleasant fitter. It was done quickly and efficiently.

Eventually !
It took 3 attempts to firstly; get the correct windscreen, secondly, get a qualified/experienced technician to fit it, and finally book a suitable date as we were away for 3 weeks.
We got there in the end.

Very dissapointed to walk away from a scheduled screen change which didnt happen, despite me receiving multiple E mails to ensure I was on time which I was ! In fact i was 20mins early, I was checked in only to find out after an hour it hadn't been processed then to be told I needed to wait another 2 hours is not what was scheduled ! I'd scheduled my day around this appointment. The cause was the appt system, which stated arrival of 10:30 and collect at 12:40, however the Derby office had another scheduled time away from the half hour plus or minus window slot ? I was told 13:30 at the earliest, Please align your systems to avoid rebooking and having to write my morning off and waste fuel and valuable time due to conflicting appt booking times.
