Stacey was fantastic

Stacey, who did my replacement, was fantastic. She let me know when she would arrive and gave updates on how close she was to my house. She was friendly and very reassuring. I had to go out while she was doing the repair, so she got on with it then posted my keys through my door and rang me to let me know it was all done. She got the job done quickly and well, and I am really happy. Stacey is a real asset and great ambassador to the company. 02712008

Really good experience

Really good experience. The engineers arrived in the stated time window and then worked efficiently to leave me with what I believe is a very good replacement windscreen

Fast, polite, efficient repair.

I contacted Autoglass on the day my windscreen was damaged. The technician arrived the following morning. Although it was raining, the technician carried out the repair beneath a canopy attached to his van. The technician was pleasant and polite. He carried out his work quietly and efficiently. Many thanks.
