Parts are priced good but it fails when it comes to delivery charges, so prefer to buy from local because the price equals or cheaper afterAutodoc adds delivery charges to their parts. If there were click and collect that would be better. I needed more parts bought from local shop.

The whole Autodoc experience was great except the delivery by EVRI
The whole Autodoc experience was great Except the delivery by Evri.
The Evri delivery driver walked up to my house, dumped the package by the front door, photographed it and walked off.
Did not ring the door bell
It was onlyy by chance that i noticed the package outside my front door.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered crankshaft pulley and there was missing 1 of 4 bolts in the box, contacted them and after 2 weeks still no replacement part

Not got my items after two weeks,tried telling auto doc,which seems impossible as the ai they use doesn’t understand.when I tell them you go around in circles,and then they send you a return form to send back items I have not received for a refund,I run a garage and just wont be able to use them while they use evri.their customer support is shocking.can,t speak to a real person,only a.i that is worse than useless.

Autodoc is my first call for car parts.
Autodoc is fast becoming the one place I head to when I need parts for my cars. They have an amazing selection of parts, from inexpensive brands to top quality brands. I ordered brake discs and pads on a Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday, they were a decent brand and were a lot cheaper than poor brands at the local national retailers.

Fast delivery BUT awful customer service
Ordered a part was really fast delivery. Unfortunately the parcel was squashed and damaged in transit with holes over it. Upon opening the sensor wasnt inside either fallen out or stolen. Sent them the photos they refused to even send me a replacement.!!!

Great Patrs - Terrible Company to deal with.
Their parts are excellent value and they always seem to have stock. However, their shipping methods leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately getting the parts out of them once you’ve paid for them is a different story, even though some items are claimed to be in stock. It can take 5 to 7 days before they are even shipped. For deliveries in the UK they use Evri who are quite frankly the worst parcel company in the UK. I have had parcels turn up from AUTODOC that looked like they spent the last few days in a washing machine. The customer service is chat based so it can take hours to get anything done and no individual will take responsibility for your case. Great parts - company infrastructure terrible.
