My experience and dealing with the Augusta, precious metals team was excellent! They were personable, courteous, answered all my questions, and the detail provided explained the entire process easily and efficiently.

From start to finish, I had a whole team of professionals assisting me with educational materials, setting up my account, rolling over some funds out of one financial institution into Augusta, and purchasing my metals. I think I spoke and dealt with at least seven different professionals all of whom had their own talents.
Also, the team members were vary accommodating as I was traveling overseas and still made the process run smoothly with the time differences..
I even had one of them on the phone with me to my other financial institution when there was a process question of converting another fund to cash.

I knew I needed to diversify my retirement portfolio and that precious metals was the way to go, but when trying to compare the various self-directed precious metal IRA providers, I was lost. I found online personal reviews of other companies talking about hidden fees, commissions. Some of the companies seemed so hands off, I knew I wouldn’t know how to invest.
From the first contact I had with Augusta, my confidence in them and in my ability to do this grew. Augusta has a hands-on training approach that I needed. They were up front about fees, valuation, spread. Everything laid out and explained in personal 1x1 Zoom calls. They did all the legwork to roll over an existing IRA and kept me posted by phone. By the time it was the day to meet with their order desk, I felt confident in making the purchase. They also do a nice job of laying out various IRA strategies. All this with NO PRESSURE. Just good solid information I could use to decide on the right approach for me.
And last, I place a high value on integrity, especially with personal investments. I can say that so far, everything Augusta said they would do…they have done.

I recently moved my Self-Directed IRA funds from real estate into gold and silver premium coins through Augusta Precious Metals (APM), and I could not be happier with the experience. When I first began researching companies that offered this type of service, APM consistently came up at the top of recommendation lists. That gave me confidence, and after going through the process, I understand why.

I decided to transfer my custodianship from my prior Self-Directed IRA trust to APM’s recommended custodian because of the excellent services and fair fees they quoted me. While I had been satisfied with the customer service from my old custodian, even their own representative admitted that I would not find a better deal than what APM offered. That alone spoke volumes.

The transfer process itself was smooth and far less stressful than I expected. The APM representatives walked me through each step and even handled some of the legwork for me. I cross-referenced much of this material on my own and found it reliable and helpful in guiding my choices.

Patience, professionalism, and proficiency are the key elements I have experienced with the early stages of the process to transfer my annuity to a precious metals IRA.
