Quality product, excellent service
Ordered a set of side tables which unfortunately I received damaged. One short phonecall to report and to two emails to arrange collection and replacement, and within a week I received my lovely replacement tables - a high quality product and excellent service.

Arrived safely and easy to install. I have to say I am over the moon especially as I had only seen it online and not in real life. Seating and cushions have a stain protection guard on them and looks very stylish sitting in my garden dome

Good customer service. We had an issue with the product but Atkin and Thyme offered a full refund in good faith. Quality issues can happen, but the company's response is what mattered. I will use them again and recommend.

The product is wonderful and I cannot wait to relax in it either this year if we get more sun or future summers. The delivery company were great communicators, delivered on time and with care. Value for money wise, 50% sale on a superior quality product, I could not be happier.

I recently bought the aviator loveseat…
I recently bought the aviator loveseat and sadly within a few days faults appeared and stitching became loose leaving some gaping. I contacted customer service and they gave some tips on moving the fabric to improve the look as well as assuring that this fixable. They kindly offered a discount or exchange option. However as the loveseat is currently sold out I opted for the discount. have had the loveseat less than 4 months and it has sadly continued to deteriorate. Loose studs, fabric unstitching and seams coming undone. I had high hopes for this loveseat it was a present to myself and has left me feeling disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price.

Prompt delivery, well packed plus a small paint sample for any scratches ( which hopefully will not happen) the bistro set not only looks good quality the chairs are very comfortable. I wanted comfortable all weather reasonably lightweight chairs without being too big. Win win
