Ordered an Asus ally xbox X came with out a charger and faulty b button that sounded like it was a losses connection as every time I pressed it could hear an electric sound refused to help me under warranty and told me to deal with place I purchased from . I will not be ordering another ally xbox X . Poor quality control and poor customer service . Refusing to help with a product that is under warranty. Was looking at spending a huge chuck of cash on an extreme motherboard but will not buy another Asus product ever again .
ProArt monitor died after 3 months
ProArt monitor died after 3 months, the return policy it's mental, they have to plan it for you, next day pickup ONLY, and no box or anything provided. Good luck sorting it out in 24 hours. Worst warranty / return policy ever.
A nightmare if you need to invoke warranty
If you want to warranty claim an Asus product, strap in because they will make it as hard as possible and have zero care for the impact this will have on your life or work. There is zero capability of immediate remedy via the phone, they said as much. You must ship away products for assessment, which takes weeks (apparently 4 or more).

Just don’t bother ordering direct from their site. It won’t arrive in time as they’re completely useless and will blame the courier. Check Amazon first for next day delivery and be done with it. Don’t know why they still act like nothing is wrong with their services.
Battery life is absolutely rubbish
Battery life is absolutely rubbish, I have tried everything to extend its use, Nothing works, Don't buy an ASUS laptop
Scam
Be very careful when you buy asus products.
I've purchased a oled screen at canada computer in laval.
When I opened the boxe at home the screen was cracked.
Canada computer will not replace the screen. They say it's asus problem. Now asus is replying the same thing.
1000 $ down the drain.
Asus is selling broken product through canada computer at lower price.
Be very careful with both of them.
Biggest scam I ever seen.

!DO NOT BUY AN ASUS!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but after dealing with two different ASUS laptops in the past, I feel compelled to warn others.
First ASUS Laptop – Poor Battery Life
The first ASUS laptop I purchased was a budget model, around $600, and from day one, the battery life was terrible. A full charge barely lasted 2–3 hours, even with light usage. At the time, I didn’t think too much of it — I figured I had simply cheaped out, and this was the tradeoff for a low-cost machine.
Second ASUS Laptop – Serious Hinge Issues (Vivobook 15X OLED M1503QA)
Expecting a better experience with a more expensive model, I later bought the ASUS Vivobook 15X OLED M1503QA for around $1,600. I assumed at this price point, I was getting a durable, long-lasting work laptop. Sadly, that was not the case.
Despite being kept on a desk and used gently for work, the hinges broke unexpectedly. I opened the lid one day and, at around a 45-degree angle, I heard a pop — the plastic backing snapped off. No excessive force was applied; the build quality simply failed. After some research, I found many other users reporting the exact same hinge issue, blaming it on cheap materials used by ASUS.
I reached out to support to see if they would offer a repair, even though the warranty had expired. Their response? They blamed it on excessive force, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
If you’re okay with buying a new laptop every couple of years, maybe ASUS is for you. But if you want reliability, build quality, and good customer service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
No customer serice at all
Order product online uk store ive tried email telephoned at no answer at all avoid at all cost cant belive company like this is allowed to trade to genral public like no one is home i dont known what to say ive probly called them over 100 times no answer have they left the planet because i can get answer ive got to point now where im forced call my bank tell them its fruad they have taken my money on top off that and cant get one single answer from them
Avoid Asus video cards
Asus card had defective cooling. Went through the RMA process and they sent a refurbished card back with a bent bracket but it worked.. for awhile. Within a few months, same issue, defective cooling. This is not a cheap card we're talking here.
I remembered the replacement card is also good for at least a year so I tried to log in today. Account gone/deleted. They have no record of me or my registered product. Guess they don't need to honor the warranty anymore if they forgot I exist. How convenient!
Then you see them offering "contests" to leave reviews on their site - so they can control the message - because they're getting so much bad press.
Avoid this brand at all costs.
My name is MAHAMMADSAHIL MALEK
My name is MAHAMMADSAHIL MALEK, and I’m writing this review after facing endless problems and mental stress with my ASUS TUF F17 (SN: R7NRCX04N87928C | CN: HW0Z | MF: 2023-07). I bought this laptop one year ago for my studies and work, and now that I’m living in the UK, it has completely ruined my peace of mind and made my student life harder every single day.
When I purchased this laptop, I trusted ASUS because they claimed it was a strong, high-performance gaming laptop — but in reality, it’s the most unreliable product I’ve ever used. The power button doesn’t work properly, sometimes a red light appears but the laptop never starts, and sometimes it starts but the display stays blank. Other times, it suddenly shuts down on its own, the battery drains automatically, or it freezes completely in the middle of work. Most of the time, it doesn’t start at all on my working days, and when it does, it gives me a new problem every single time.
I have faced so much trouble and frustration that I don’t even know what to do anymore. I tried restarting, updating, calling support, and checking online solutions, but nothing has worked. Here in the UK, there’s no proper ASUS support that can solve these problems quickly, and I feel helpless and mentally disturbed dealing with this useless machine. Because of this laptop, I’ve missed my project deadlines, my study work got delayed, and I’ve lost important files due to random shutdowns.
Every time I sit down to study or work, I feel scared — will it even start today or will it go blank again? This is not how a student should live after spending so much money on a branded laptop. I bought this thinking it would help me in my studies and gaming, but now it only gives me stress, tension, and regret. I can’t explain how painful it feels when your expensive laptop fails again and again, especially when you’re abroad without proper support.
I want ASUS to know that this product has caused emotional, mental, and academic damage. I’m completely disappointed and frustrated. This laptop is not a gaming device — it’s a nightmare. I regret my decision every day.
Please, I request everyone — never buy ASUS laptops, especially ASUS TUF F17. Don’t waste your money and peace of mind like I did. This company makes big promises but gives poor quality and zero customer care after selling. I’m saying this after real experience — ASUS has failed completely.
ASUS has completely lost my trust. I’m mentally exhausted, emotionally tired, and deeply disappointed. I hope my review helps others avoid making the same mistake. Please don’t buy ASUS TUF F17 or any ASUS laptop — it’s not worth the pain I’m going through right now.
Asus laptops often has problem with its battery
I have a brother who's a computer engineer and asus is his go-to brand. I trust him with the judgement but often times I encounter some problems about a new device I got. My Vivobook 15 that i just bought already got some battery problems under a year of using it. My cousin also experience a similar problem with his laptop battery on the same series of laptop Vivobook 14. Please improve the parts of your laptop
I got an Asus for school...
I got an Asus for school and it worked fine for a long time. My first problem was the abismle battery life. I use it for school. We have 50 minute lessons. We use them at most the whole but most of the time about 25 miuntes. We dont use them for much eirther. About a year or so later the cracks began to show. Firstly the the charger I had been given broke. about a month later the hindge would close propely which lead to the whole hinge breaking. Had to fix hindge by putting a blot in the laptop. I ended up replacing it as it was to broken for school. I replaced it with my current laptop. About a month later the hinge cover broke off. Now about half a year later the plastic shell is breaking. So much for military grade strength then! This company is horrid and thier quality control is non exsistant. DO NOT BUY FROM ASUS.
Not responding
Not responding, tried multiple emails, phone numbers and they don’t even have a physical store. Therefore, return policy can’t be used since they can’t be reached and this is pure scam.

Bought a Rtx 5070 new for around $670 with taxes after 3 months it breaks.I told them I need a new cable as it has a short in it and was told I would get tracking confirming its sent.I called 3x and finally they sent the cable so they did right in the end just alot of miscommunication. Also the issue was the psu cable being defective as I bought it "like new" but cable was missing metal end on connector.
Customer service is worse than useless
Customer service is worse than useless
I owned a laptop for 10 years
The company is proven and this is the important thing. It’s hard to find a quality nowadays. In technology, when you can’t check out all the components, it’s especially a problem. With asus, I can be confident that the laptop won’t be broken in nearest future, serving year, as they promised. This trust is already enough.
Yeah, maybe, I’m little biased because I never checked their other products and actually I had office laptop, which hardly breaks or have a problem with overheating. But fact is a fact, it served me 10 years. Every spent penny was worthy .
