I have paid premiums for their family extreme sport cover for ten years. For the first time ever, we submitted a claim relating to an off-piste skiing accident on 31 Jan 2025 when my wife suffered a total rupture of her ACL. She required an MRI which cost CHF450. They’re refusing to cover and fail to explain why. They now refuse to answer our emails.
Do not touch them. It may seem cheap, but when you need them, they are nowhere. Total ripoff. I’ll pay up to a proper cover from a reputable insurer next season.
