Have used this company for the second year now ,
Always found them very helpful.
Of course I cannot comment on the service from when a claim is made , as I have not needed too.
You can only give a true review , after a claim is made
& not before .

I still haven't received funds

It's been 3-4 months since I haven't received my money back, allegedly because the company's accounting department can't send the money to my country's bank. Our correspondence about sending the money has been going on for 3-4 months. There's no information or money. Fortunately, the amount isn't significant. However, it's a complete disappointment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's more of a hassle. It's the longest and most irresponsible insurance company I've ever encountered.

Good experience

Request for information correction was attended to and fixed instantly

I contacted the company to correct some information on my insurance certificate and received an instant response. My request was handled promptly and the issue was resolved without any delay. I am very satisfied with the company’s service.

Not responsive at all. They maybe don't check their e-mails regularly for important inquiries. I regret buying from this insurance company.
