What a nightmare

What a nightmare. I had a tooth ache I was in pain I got prompt service in sales and a package solicited to me that was close to $10,000. However never got my tooth pulled and left with the same pain I came in with. This place is a total nightmare. An absolute threat to seniors and a danger to the dental community. They have a lot of sales experience but the place is full of young people who might be very nice but don't have a clue! If you have a dental problem run from this place and run fast. This is not about service it's about money. Even worst they try to collect even though they can not or are not qualified to perform the services they are trying to sell.

My molar fell out of my mouth on…

My molar fell out of my mouth on memorial day so I called the only dental service that advertised emergency service. First off. Lie. They just scheduled me as normal. Second. The appointment time she (Karen) quoted me was wrong. Don't call. Schedule through thier website. The staff then have a next available time that day. An hour later. I waited an hour. Then an hour and a half. I'm never coming back here.

poor quality and misleading

I had all upper teeth removed feb 4. Was fitted for dentures. The plan i paid for was a good plan. However the dentures look fake and poor quality. My mouth was butchered. I still cannot wear the denture. Took multiple fittings to "fix" them and they still look cheap, do not fit and i cannot eat or talk with them. They cause bad pain and so not worth the thousands i paid for them. I will be going elsewhere to get good denture worth the cost. My only regret is trusting this company despitemy misgivings. I will not go back.

I wanted to get my teeth cleaned

I wanted to get my teeth cleaned. After the exam and x-rays, they would not clean my teeth without doing a deep cleaning. After telling me all the things they recommended, the bill would have been $15,000 just to get my teeth cleaned.

The Aspen Dental on Newberry Rd in Gainesville Florida is absolutely awful.
Customer service, scheduling, transparency, and service in general is the worst I have ever experienced.
I will never ever go back there.

Bad place to go for seniors

I went to aspen dental my tooth was hurting couldn’t talk to well. Dentist had no compassion and pushing me get dentures. I want dentures but can’t afford it without Medicare. He told me we don’t have Medicare. He did fax over antibiotics for me saying in have infected tooth. Soon as antibiotics are gone I will go to oral surgeon pull my tooth. Dentis left room with that light still shining in my eyes and was bright ask assistant shut light off she shut off room light not overhead light on. Dentist did raise chair up didn’t care if all my blood rushed in my head I got very dizzy had sit up. Assistant ask why light was off I told her I don’t know why she shut off room light off. All they care about is money not the patient. I had bad experience and will never go back there. I will ask oral surgeon pull for recommendations of a good dentist. Hope no one goes through what I had to was terrible. I can’t believe they treat people that bad.

I was going to the Aspen Dental in…Orland Park, IL

I was going to the Aspen Dental in Orland Park for several years and have had scheduling problems 3 times. They schedule your cleanings 6 months in advance. Three times now, the week before my appointment, I get a notice telling me I need to re-schedule. When I call, I was told I had no appointment even though I was getting texts and emails telling me I did. They offer me a new appointment months away. They are not reliable. Find a reliable dentist and stay away from Aspen.

I underwent surgery on Tuesday

I underwent surgery on Tuesday, May 5th, and was treated by Dr. Lee—an excellent surgeon. I experienced absolutely no pain, bleeding, or swelling after the surgery, and by Wednesday, I was already eating solid foods. Many thanks to Dr. Lee and the entire team. I highly recommend this facility; I am very satisfied with the result.

Aspen Dental

Went to Aspen Dental because I thought I had a couple cavities. They advertised free X-rays at the time, so I thought I'd get some kind of Dental check up. They did X-rays, but also punctured about a 100 holes in my gums with some type of needle. I didn't say anything because I trusted them & thought this was part of the Dental procedure. Before leaving an assistant also mentioned I'd need 2 root canals totalling $7200. They scheduled for me to come in again a few days later. To make this long story short, I ended up with a lot of pain in my teeth & gums, I cancelled the 2nd appointment for root canals. The needle he punctured in my gums severed nerves in my gums & caused 5 teeth to fall out & other teeth cracked. I suffered a lot of pain with my teeth & currently live on Orajel. My teeth were perfectly fine before going to Aspen Dental & I didn't mind the 2 cavities I thought I had. I originally thought by going to the dentist they would make my teeth look better. It's just so deceiving. Thanks to Aspen Dental I'm afraid to go to a dentist. I'll never trust a dentist again ever.

Aspen dental charged me for procedures…

Aspen dental charged me for procedures that I am not ever going to get, I did not want a bridge and it's on my bill, my money is not paying for that, I'm paying care credit , basically paying for procedures that I never am getting, Aspen dental are crooks plain and simple, I want a few teeth extracted and they said no you you don't just get a crown, I'm tired of the crowns I have got they chip, Aspen Dental are crooks hands down, why pay for future procedures than I have not received their expert crooked tactics are evil.

Please go anywhere else

I came to this location due to having 7/10 tooth pain disrupting my sleep. Aspen had the shortest wait time - I soon found out why. The dentist office was open concept with no doors. They saw me right away and I had my X-rays done by the only nice person I met in the building. I then saw the dental hygienist. It seemed like the entire point of her “exam” was to shame and scare me into spending an absurd amount of money on their dental plan. When I told her it had been a while since my last cleaning, she said “I can tell.” She showed me a photo of my gums and said “Do these look like healthy gums to you?” The dentist dismissed my pain and blamed it on a medication I’ve been taking for months.

After you have your visit, they have you check out with a sales person disguised as an associate who tries to pressure you into signing up for their high interest credit plan. They said my treatment plan would cost approximately $7,000 with insurance. When I stated I couldn’t afford that, she said she would check with the dentist to see what was “absolutely necessary.” It can back to around $4000. I left. I went to Baystate Dental the next day and paid $80 for a procedure that alleviated my pain. I’ll have another procedure for the same cost in six months and my issue should be resolved - a far cry from $7000.

I’m a medical professional myself and I would never make a patient feel this way. I know that in these times many people have to choose between daily living costs and medical care. Maybe I would have fallen for their scheme if they treated me with any type of respect and understanding, as I was in so much pain. This practice is clearly exploiting vulnerable people with dental emergencies and using high pressure sales tactics to get people to spend money they don’t have. I’d recommend going anywhere else.

I am so done with Aspen Dental!

I am so done with Aspen Dental! I just went back again today to try to get the dentures from he🏒🏒 made right but that didn't happen and I just can't do it anymore. So lesson learned the hard way I will get them paid off and then go somewhere else.😠 They did a hard reline and while they are not trying to fall out when I talk they are not even okay dentures. I think a big part of the problem with this Aspen Dental is in their lab. In the past when you get dentures made they fit you with what they consider the rough dentures where any problems can be addressed before they give you your final dentures . Aspen Dental gives you the rough dentures as your final dentures. And when I say rough I mean rough. The teeth are all rough and not polished at all. The are sharp like they are broken and the gum part of the dentures on the outside are all rough. I know dentures as I have had upper dentures since I was 23 years old and I will soon be 74. People please to spend your money at Aspen Dental!!! If it wasn't for ruining my credit I would file bankruptcy so I didn't have to pay for them. Now I will have to wait until I can pay them off so I can go somewhere else.😠🙏♥️

Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental, do better! I had dental work done( not cosmetic) and was given an estimate that was around $1500, I paid it and was sent another bill for over $400, I paid it. I was then sent another bill for over $300, I paid it! Received Another bill today for over $300 and paid that too. For what I’ve paid I could have used a much better dentist in the area. This is ridiculous and you take my insurance. I’m not sure who dropped the ball but I will go to Delmarva Dental from now on, where I should have gone instead.

Aspen Dental Canton Ga is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

@everyone This happened at Aspen Dental Canton Ga. . Also, they did a bridge and crown a few years ago for me. The Dentist did both of the procedures wrong. I kept telling them that food was getting in the gaps they missed. They know I have SLE LUPUS. I tell Drs over and over again to ensure they understand I'm not a normal patient. He said they would replace it for free since I already paid $7k. I paid for a proper procedure. I did not get that. I kept telling them they were done incorrectly. They kept putting it off. The Dentist left and started his own Aspen Dental. The dentist after him also said they did it wrong so they would do it correctly. Now they are saying they can not stand by their word. I had an some doubt because while sitting in the waiting room on several different occasions I could hear them gouging people. I reiterated that I have SLE LUPUS and I can't have infections in my mouth. It could cost me my life. They were not concerned at all. They charged my insurance on a day I wasn't even there. I will report the fraud. They only care about money. DO NOT USE ANY ASPEN DENTAL CARE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

This company is the worst space for…

This company is the worst space for anyone looking to fix large issues with their teeth. They make tons of money off the uninsured and the vulnerable. It’s a well oiled machine of fast pace fancy machines and tv to show you your mouth and all the issues convincing you with fancy language that you need them. The xray process makes you feel like your getting some thing special for the initial cost. Then they cart you to the room here the dental hygienist comes in and with a fancy tool she takes images of your teeth which will show up in a tv screen so you can see for yourself. Then she begins to number off in a series of number 1 2 3 2. 3 3 and so on the issues with your teeth. They give you hope by telling you the PLAN before they can do what you actually came in for they MUST bring you in several times to clean scrape etc. The debris comes in and tell you his plan of action fill cavities you need a crown wick is done in 2 parts. He says don’t worry we will come up with a plan….. they bring you into a separate area to wait for the very upbeat appointment and financial advisor where she books appointments and shows you again a diagram of your teeth that need fixing talking very quickly and giving you an iPad to fill out your financial information. I finally said ok ok what is the total she said press this button on the pad the total was over 10 grand I nearly fell out she said well you can try to apply for financing It’s a third party company they say not a hard inquiry but it was. Long story don’t go it’s literally like they were trying to con me I to buying a car. Terrible and actually very sad. Most insurance companies do actually cover the services and if you don’t have health coverage go to the by states market place affordable care. I sat in the parking lot and called my insurance company and asked lots of questions to find out they actually cover what I need I didn’t think they did bc of what a prior dentist told me. Always check yourself trust no one when it comes to your health these ppl rob you blind I will never ever be back
