Do not buy this supplement! I bought six bottles to improve price and used almost three bottles before I realized it was spiking (186/114), not just raising or increasing my blood pressure. I certainly does not work as well or as quickly as the video said it would. It hardly worked at all!
So, when I realized it was harming my health, I went to my doctor and he confirmed it was the ApexBurn. I called to return it and was told I was one day past the return date, so now I am out $240 or so for a product that does not fulfill the marketing hype from the video and from a company that does not exercise honorable practices

As I have already expressed, I am starting out behind the curve. I am already 80 years old and, during the last year or so, I have suffered several falls, etc. which has weakened both of my legs, additionally, I was wounded twice in Viet Nam and also suffered from a bout with malaria and bladder cancer.
Having started from behind so to speak, I wasn't expecting too much from the beginning.
In spite of all that, I have noticed an improvment in both my legs which, in turn, encourages me to continue with the regimine at least until I no longer those feelings. I still have high hopes to bigger rewards.
I want to thank you all for your encouragement and am looking forward to more.

I really don't know if it helps or not yet. I will continue using it to see if i realize any improvements but as of now I am not sure.

I used Muscle Defense for, roughly, 6 months. I found the Strawberry flavour un- pleasant. I found mixing your Chocolate AND Vanilla flavours, mixed w cold, black coffee to be the way to go. Seeing that the price of your product is not inexpensive, I found another, more rationally-priced alternative. I believe in in experimentation and I could not, honestly, say I noticed any significant drop off in my functioning. Times being what they are, money needs to go as far as possible. I'm not some musclebound stud, just a regular older guy trying to perform as well as I am able.

It seems to help trim and lean out but at my age it does not seem to help build muscle. I will be 63 in July. I have 5 + pounds that I am trying to loose and just can’t seem to make it happen. I have cut my calorie intake, take muscle defense twice a day and workout 5 days a week for about an hour and half each day.

I have had no issues with the product.
However, I have on hand more product than I need.

Attempts to cancel the subscription have met with significant resistance. I have now sent a third request to the company to cancel, because despite two prior written requests, they continue to bill me, and to send products I do not wish to receive.
I would be extremely wary of dealing with this company. This is unacceptable and unethical business practice. I would never again use their services.

Beware! They had me set up for a monthly recurring payment of nearly $180 without my permission due to a website error. Will never trust or but from this company again! Was still stuck with nearly $180 in unwanted product even though they were made aware of the error.

I had an ablation in my heart a few years ago which ended my afib. I read a customer review from a 75 yr old man who had a similar heart condition who not only gained muscle but also gained a healthier heart rhythm.
So I gave muscle defence a try and I gained muscle and a better heart rhythm . I am now turning 75 this year and thankful to God for allowing me to find Apex Labs. Thank you Dr Tracy

I have been using the product for a month. I have followed the additional guidance I received regarding mixing and using the product rather than mixing it the night before. I have seen s small drop in weight but have yet to feel major changes in recovery or weight/fat loss.

I had an angioplasty (Roto Reuter) of both legs. It left me weak. I am on the MUSCLE formulation every day now for a month. At the start I could walk around 3,000 steps. Yesterday, I walked 6.3 miles! My legs are getting stronger and my endurance is improving. Like anything else in life....keep at it! Don't give up. If you get tired...take a day off. You'll be ready to go again tomorrow.

I’d give Ultra 5 stars, except the taste is GROSS. Even taken with the muscle Defense, it’s very hard to swallow.
But the results are there!

My hunger is subsiding and slowly losing weight...we'll see in a couple months, but I've been drinking Apex formula each morning religiously.

Muscle Dense work great and by far the best product. Have been using it for a couple years now and is an essential part of my workout, strength and weight loss program.

I am now 53yr old Asian female. I Have been active and is a gym rat. My workout is intense and my recovery has always been good. The ingredient Sucralose is not a healthy ingredient! A Duke University study showed that a single packet of Splenda (sucralose) kills 50% of normal intestinal flora.
Furthermore I am allergic to sucralose and unable to use the product. I purchased 7 bags of Muscle Defense and now unable to use the product. That's a lot of money wasted. Bummer!!

I stop taking MD in July 25 as I had cancer surgery on my left arm. I was put on a healing powder called Juven.
I am not taking it at this time and have started taking the muscle defense again.
I like the MD and it seems to provide me with additional energy through-out the day.
