Booked a same day holiday on account of having to leave a cottage booked with another company which was so disgustingly filthy it was untrue. The Aspects Holidays place was the complete opposite, clean, bright and smelt nice. We have been with Aspects Holidays numerous times so I really don't know what I was thinking by booking with the other company. Rest assured, I won't be booking with any other company in future- it's Aspects every time from now on.

We recently returned from a week in Perranporth with our Son & Daughter in law having stayed at 18 Seaview Cottage . The cottage was lovely in many ways but the out door furniture was awful nothing like it was advertised . The seats were really uncomfortable and the plastic was coming off and they were going rusty . Also not enough seating if there were going to be 7 or 8 in the property. the two bedrooms downstairs neither were king-size both were just doubles.and one slightly smaller than the other . Also think the lounge part could do with being altered somehow the furniture rearranging, it means two or three of your party have to sit in the dining area. .. hopefully some of these problems.will be sorted especially the outdoor furniture nothing like what was advertised. Also its a shame no furniture in the yard . It's a proper sun trap there . And would be nice to sit there if some of your party were in the hot tub , Which was an added bonus it was lovely Apart from these little niggles with the cottage. The cream tea was an added bonus on arrival thank you for that was a lovely thought. Wouldn't put us off using aspects again . Glenys

The apartment we booked was perfect and just as described. It was beautifully clean when we arrived, although we did ask for the towels in one of the rooms to be changed as they smelt of cigarette smoke. This was done quickly and efficiently.

Aspects are always very professional in their organisation of your holiday and keep you informed throughout that time. Customer Service is very good and they are very helpful if you email or ring them. I feel confident when I book a holiday with them that the cottage I choose will be very good and no problems.

This is our second holiday using Aspects. Our experience has been really good. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The properties are as described and of excellant facilities and condition.
Nothing is o much trouble, and the staff go to great lengths to make sure your holiday is memorable.

Had a great stay in St Ives in yet another fabulous Aspects property. Great location, clean and Aspects were super helpful when we had questions.

Recently booked a seven day stay at Aydas Rest through Aspects Holidays. Booking process was very easy and confirmation of the booking was very quick. Great range of accommodation available and pricing structure very clear. The property was as described but the beds in the second bedroom had been made up as a double not two singles as requested by phone prior to the holiday. Emailed Aspects Holidays and this was rectified the same day. Great customer service and will certainly book with them again
