Absolutely stunning customer service
Absolutely stunning customer service - I ordered late at night on Tuesday and the bear was dispatched on Wednesday and delivered Thursday. It’s a brand new, boxed bear and £30 cheaper than RRP and Steiff direct as well as fast, free delivery. I cannot recommend highly enough and will certainly buy from here again!

Super quick free delivery on a Steiff quokka in time for valentines. Good communication. Wish they take Amex but still worth purchasing to support a small business.

Excellent service.
