The Adams time chart took 6 weeks to arrive and was suffered irreparable damage due to the poor packaging. I have complained and was offered $4 and then $7 usd as compensation. The time chart is ruined. I have asked for a new chart sent to me and packaged more securely but have not heard any more. A full refund would be suitable as well.
This is the biggest scam site..beware! i complained that I was over charged and that my package did not arrive.They kept sending polite and believable apologies saying they were looking into the matter.Of course i never received the package or a refund. Very Clever scammers.
The company overcharged me for my order. They did refund the overcharge. I waited a month for my order. The dash cam came without the rear camera. I contacted them the same day that I received it. They asked me to take a picture of what I received. They said everything was shipped basically calling me a liar. They offered me $5.00. I told them I want to return the item. They said that they would give me $8.00. I said last chance to make this right, I want to return it. They offered $13.00. I will make as many people as possible know how bad this company is and not to purchase anything from them.
