Bought a steel cutting board based on an ad and video demonstration of the product. The product that arrived was an absolute piece of garbage and nothing like the product they were showing. Contacted rearedition and have not been heard anything. Total scam stay away.
Package never arrived..they promised to send another. That never arrived either. They refuse to issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I suspect it's a scam and I am out of luck.
I ordered an Easter gift back in February and have not received it (it is now April 15). On March 3 I got my last shipping update and it made it to the states....then nothing. Ghosted. No response to my emails. No update, no package. Also, the day after I placed this order my charge account was hacked and I had to cancel my card. This never happens to me. I do not believe this was a coincidence. I try not to get sucked into online ordering for that reason.....well, they got me. STAY CLEAR!!
I ordered Easter presents back in February, and I have still, as of today, in April, have not received my product. I have tried emailing the vendor to no reply. I will be contacting Shopify and the FTC regarding this vendor.
I ordered a product for Easter on March 4, 2026. The website lists 12-15 business days to arrive supposedly from Spain. It’s coming from China so beware. It has been 28 business days & I still don’t have my product. Today is 4/11/26.
In addition, it has come to our area- via USPS in Houston & then headed to Indianapolis & now Chicago.really??? What’s hilarious is that I opted for the $1.00 shipping insurance!!😂 I wonder who makes that? And how many customers have pd that & not received their product. Lesson learned. I’ll stick with Etsy. That’s $75 gone. I’m contacting our credit card to flag the company as fraudulent.
