Bought a bunch of daffodils. Okay, they’re only £1 but they only half opened & died after 2 days! I suspect they’d been starved of water for too long. Wouldn’t recommend.
Dairy products are kept in the fridge... NOT flowers, they are for vases.
Disappointing to say the least. The flower Alstroemeria is known for its 'scruffy' beginning and longevity in the vase. Normally, between 10 - 14 days in a vase.
NOT SO AT ASDA!
I have kept the photos; broken heads, a handful of loose leaves, NOT attached to stem as they should be and the receipt, showing date of purchase as 23 Sept. Proving the age, price and purchase date of the flowers... 8 days guaranteed!!! Sell by date, 26 Sept + 8 days = 04 Oct, at least?? So ASDA, if you're interested in these reviews, (as you are always telling the customer you are), feel free to contact me and I'll send the photos on.
Oh yes, the reason I didn't return them; not worth the fuel cost to do so.
Asda at Astley Bridge BOLTON their flowers NEVER GET WATERED AND THEN THEY EXSPECT YOU TO PAY FULL PRICE WHAT A JOKE when i asked one of the staff about it she was rude and walked away sticking her finger in the pot saying its damp when clearly i showed her it was not or i wouldnt have took the BONE DRY PLANT TO HER IN THE FIRST PLACE very arrogant the some staff are
Flowers were not as displayed in the picture. A little disappointed but they arrived on time.
Flowers were a little less 'nice' than I was hoping for but excellent delivery.
Good service. Value but a little small on arrival. I will use again
Ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day 9 days before Mother's Day and realised it had my address as delivery address. The offices were closed from 5pm Friday evening until 9am Monday morning so I couldn't rectify it straight away. However, I rang on Monday am and eventually got through to customer service at lunchtime to then be told that I couldn't change the address as I needed to give 5 working days notice to change the order. I explained that I had tried ringing all morning as they were closed over weekend and explained that the website did not give me an option to change delivery address. They were still very unhelpful and would not allow me to change address or let me cancel the order. Very unhelpful!! When the flowers arrived, they looked pathetic, tiny bouquet. I received much nicer flowers from my little boy from Aldi for a 1/4 of the price. I was actually glad that my mum did not receive these flowers as they were awful. A waste of money! I have already warned friends and family to stay clear from this website. PLEASE DO NOT USE ASDA FLOWERS!!!!
After bad experience with another well known on line florist, I decided to give Asda a try thinking at least you can get to them if you are n't happy,
Ordered on line, posy picture was accurate it, even tells you how many blooms of which flower and I counted them on the gallery picture and it tallied with what you are gona get, I was informed the flowers were beautiful
and next day FREE delivery makes Asda my first choice for delivered flowers in the future. Well done Asda
This is the first time I have ordered flowers to be sent online.
They were delivered on time, and the recipient said they are good quality flowers and the packaging was brilliant!
tanks a lot
After a deliver was late, it turned out it was due to me putting the wrong postcode on. Asda were helpful over the phone and sorted out the delivery within 24 hours. Impressed with their efficiency and customer service.
Ordered the above as present for my niece. I complained and the plant was re-ordered for delivery the next day. That order was never received by the Supplier. I asked Head Office Flowers for a refund and they sent me a £10 Shopping voucher, so I still paid £4 plus, postage, phone calls, for dead flowers as a present to my niece. A photo was sent by mobile phone, and they agreed with me that they were in a poor condition. So I have asked friends and family not to use Adsa Flowers. I am a very disappointed customer, so I say, think twice before you go there. Nil rating from me.
After sending my mother flowers for mothers day, I was disappointed to hear that the flowers were poor quality and meagre. Nothing like the lovely photo in the website. Avoid Asda Flowers like the plague.
My garden is green and beautiful. Thank you very much for nice products and fast delivery. My mother was very excited and we decided to order flowers for her home.
Nice job!
This is the first time I have ordered flowers to be sent online.
I chose ASDA as the bouquet was a good price and carrier free. (not through the post)
As they were for someone who had just had a bereavement, I was hoping these flowers came up to scratch!
I needn't have worried.
They were delivered on time, and the recipient said they are good quality flowers and the packaging was brilliant!
you cant want no more than that.
well done ASDA
