paid them up front to sort bathroom out my mistake they never came back to finish job off claiming I not.paid enough when price was already agreed

We've been using Turners for about 4 year now having had them recommended to us by a number of previous customers who live locally. Our 12 year old boiler finally gave up so Andy and Danny fitted a new one and have serviced it ever since. They provide a great service, are always punctual and efficient. We have had other smaller plumbing jobs completed to an equal high standard. Recently our 'new' boiler developed a fault which required a new part to be fitted under warranty and to ensure we were not left without heating attended the next day to expedite the repairs. Highly recommended!!

We have used this local family run business for many years. Always very professional, prompt, friendly, trustworthy and reasonably priced. We finally required a new boiler, after 20 + years. (It was old when we moved in years ago.) The annual boiler service ensured our very old boiler went on for much longer than we expected, and we will certainly be taking out a new service agreement with them.
As always, the work was completed to the highest standards. Andy took the time to go through the instructions etc., ensuring he left only when we were confident and comfortable with the new boiler.
We have recommended them to family and friends over the years, and they have always been exceptional. We would rather wait for Turners Heating and Plumbing to be available rather than use another company. We only made that mistake once!

Dan and Tom from Turners were brilliant fitting a radiator into an existing system.
They did a really impressive job and took a lot of pride in their work, which is great to see and a credit to Turners.
