Not meticulously crafted
I am a long time customer since they opened online. The material is excellent, the construction is not. It easily tears at the seams as its delicate. These items are expensive. One would expect a piece to last and look special but it does not live up to the marketing hype. I share this very disappointed. This is the third piece this has happened to, not just once.

I love the quality of the merino wool for sweater and trouser! By far THE best I know - but it took 1 month for the order to arrive. If it was due to the shipment company - I will never know, … but I will still order again because the quality is just the best!

Hi guys! I love the sweater and I wear it all the time. It was a great choice and definitely worth the money!!
One thing only is that my friend told me she bought something from you and got a little passport for it with info about who made it and how etc.. I didn’t get that but it would definitely add to the experience if you did that with all products <3 Such a nice thing to know your clothes a little better ;))

From the ordering process, to the packaging when the parcel arrived, to the support via customer service for the partial refund I requested for a wrong size I had ordered.

Italy, Quality, Modernity
Artknit Studio is probably my favorite brand. Living in between Paris and Milan and having fell in love with Italy, having a brand that takes at heart to use Italy’s best craft to build long lasting garments that can be use for a lifetime is dear to me. The quality and feel of each item is really amazing !
My Italian girlfriend and I offers each other always one Artknit item for birthdays and Christmas ever since we’ve been together and it has became our go to brand for style and quality pieces.

Impressive
Discovered the brand about 6 weeks ago and decided to order the saddle shoulder sweater. Perfect fit and high quality items. I have since then ordered 2 additional items, the woolen roll neck and the superior cashmere polo. Very impressed with the quality of the items, the packaging, and the perfect fit.
One small comment, but more related to all Italian knitwear brands in general, is that the cashmere sweaters are usually knitted a little loose compared to the Scottish made products. I much prefer a tighter knit but there is no denying that the Italian designs are much nicer than the Scottish ones.
The only thing I really dislike with Artknit Studios is the shipping cost to my country. I get items of similar weight/size delivered by DHL on daily/weekly basis from Europe and it never costs me 50 euros to ship. This is something you can review in my opinion.
All excellent otherwise, I am definitely going to purchase a few more items very soon

Nice product but not for this order
Hello
I was looking forward to receive my sweater. First when I opened the box, I was well surprised by the packaging which was high-quality. But then, when I saw the sweater, all the good feeling left. The sweater was full of peeling looks like worn... So disappointed. I sent it back and asked for a refund. It is too bad because the quality of the knit, shape, thread and softness were there. But I don't want to buy a sweater already worn for this price.
