Overpriced, false manual, and disaster waiting to happen!
I bought this chair "Primo" on Amazon because I was looking for one made out of fabric. It arrives with the manual for the wrong chair, the screws have color markings and without advertised gloves.
Very bad quality for 400 Euro!
Screws are hard to get in also, so it will take time to assemble.
After assembling it seemed alright, but after a few days the armrests already started wobbling, no matter how hard you screw. And then whole chair started to get very wobbly, I even fell over once, very dangerous! And I am only 60 KG heavy, and this chair is for over 120 KG, so no idea how it will even handle someone who's that heavy.
Conclusion:
The only good parts are the fabric and the design, the rest is 0 Stars worthy at best, it's dangerously bad so to speak.

Had very squeaking wheels with an Arozzi Torretta V2, contacted the seller from where I bought it who was in contact with the manufacturer and they send me a replacement bottom part free of charge which I have been using for a year now and no squeaking or issues whatsoever. Great customer service and great products! Will buy my next chair from Arozzi if this one ever breaks!

Solid structure, amazing customer service
I bought a game chair one and a half year ago. The structure is pretty solid. my son stay seated in this chair long hours, every single day. I got a problem with the PU cover and the customer support replace the part under warranty. I recommend this product.
Broken Armrest
One of my armrests broke so I started looking for spare parts. When I wasn't able to find any. I emailed Arozzis support and quickly after I received some instructions too take pictures of the damage. Then they sent me free of charge two new ones without hesitation. I am honestly really amazed!
Best customer service ever
I normally don´t write reviews, but I was really impressed by the support department. My chair had a small problem after one and a half years and I decided to contact them. I filled out the support form after business hours and the next day, ten minutes after opening, they replied and asked for my address and phone number. Half an hour later they sent me the tracking link for my spare part, which would be sent out later that day. 3 days later I received the parcel and was able to repair my chair.
Summary: Great chair, would buy again.
Amazing support, I wish more companies would provide after sales services like Arozzi does.

I’ve had two issues with my chair
I’ve had two issues with my chair, they seem to have be either manufacturing or myself using it too much! Either way whenever the issue arises, I contacted their support and Arozzie within a day gets back to you. On top of that once you begin communicating it’s back and forth. It’s some of the best customer support I’ve ever received.
Again there sending this part free of charge as a good will gesture.
I really can’t fault their attentiveness and understanding. It’s the best chair I’ve ever owned. Anyone sits in it, they’re immediately jealous.

I have verona v2 for almost 4 months now, and I'm satisfied with with. No annoying sounds or crickets or anything like that so far. The cord of my pillow broke and the wheels where blocked by something, they were not rotating at all, I scratched my floor even, but after I mailed arozzi support, in like 3-4 mails conversation they helped me and they sent me new pillow and new wheels covered by warranty. They even payed for the shipment, and I'm kind of far away from their deposit.
I completely recommend the chairs, they last good and even if something breaks their support team is great and responsive.

Nearly two weeks after the complaint and initial response, they have NOT responded to three follow up e-mails! They have permanently LOST a customer!

Linus Fullmestad! What a champ. Wrote to support 6 months after the varanty ran out, cuase thats when I noticed there was something wrong with the chair. Support sent me a new wheelbase (including wheels ofc), and gaslift, for free. 5/5 all day.
100 procent worth contacting!
I have been postphoning contacting customer support thinking that it would not matter. BUT! MAN WAS I WRONG! I got exactly the support I needed and within 1 day I got the exact sparepart that I needed for my chair. Did not think it was possible to become this excited about customer support. I normally never write these things unless I have a bad experience, but this was worldclass support and I had to share my experience. My chair was not cheap so it was a pleasurable experience knowing that the customer support comes with the same exlusiveness. Okey enough praise, but yeah, very satisfied!

Had a problem with the tilt mechanism on my gaming chair. I contacted Arozzi and 2! minutes later they replyed me saying that they would imnediatly send spare parts and my 2 year garantuee would of course cover the cost. About 15 minutes after that, i recieved a text notifying me that my spare parts had been sent from Arozzi. Seriously.. when is customer service EVER this good? I never write reviews, but i strongly recommend Arozzi. Im so impressed!
