High quality and comfortable products, support is top notch as a piece on my chair broke after over a year of having it, i contacted Arozzi and they were very quick to send out a spare part free of charge.

Got quick and immediately help, no complaints.

Bought the Arozzi Inizio about 2 years ago. I work a lot on my computer and of course after work... I game soo I am still at the computer. I've had for a very long time lower back pain/problems + right shoulder pain. They are gone since I started using the chair. I will mention I am about 2-3kgs over the weight limit and the chair is still exactly as the day I bought it.. no creaking (except the first time I sit down but I find that normal in all chairs). The only thing that has decayed is the back pillow (the elastic strap is a bit more slack and the leather cracked a bit).. this after almost 2 years of use. I contacted Arozzi about the pillow and they sorted me out. Funny enough today a chair I purchased from Myria broke down soo I got another Inizio since I am extremely happy with the quality of the chairs and customer support. Wrote a long review cause I felt they deserve it! :)

Excellent experience with Support team. Fast and responsive.

I had a chair from arozzi that broke and started squeeqing a wheel fell of just from using it as "normal use" from the arozzi Verona 2 the whole wheelbase broke, on one side so i bought a new Chair.. Wich after I stopped/pause gaming had no use for, But after starting again.. I went back to use this chair.. But just to find out that the warranty had expired and I used this chair for a month tops, Which I'm really disappointed.. I'm gonna start stream now and im gonna get a new chair in fabric and I'm kinda semi famous anyways so I'm gonna see who wanna sponsor me with a chair.. But to bad that they only have two year for normal use and the wheel base shouldn't brake like that.. But what can u except from something made out of plastic.. I would give them 5 stars and even put their logo in my stream for a chair I just bought a new pc and my total for all straming equipment is at 6000€ im not adding another 500-600€ to buy the chair because from arozzi verona pro v2 the Cushing fell out after a month, so now its uncomfortable the chair I donated was a Arozzi Fabric, my girlfriends brother as i birthday present Fabric but i wanted too support the Swedish company.. Because I'm from Sweden myself but Arozzi has this 2 year policy which makes it impossible the chair itself looks new.. I would rate 5 stars if I had the fabric chair maybe.. And even considering putting their logo on my stream.

EDIT: Contacted Arozzi and free of charge they send me new wheelbase and the metal pole so I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 star…

Fantastic support team, despite awful to assemble gaming chairs. I never had to struggle that much to assemble anything in my life, and I built a faire share of stuff. But, the support team is amazing.
But please, upgrade your chair to be easier to mount haha.

An horror to build and a non-existent value for money.

Fast and great waranty support, new component was shiped within 24 hour after problem was reported.

The product itself is ok. The arms are very lose and the chair is very clunky. When i stand up it makes a loud thump. I enquired about both of these issues and it is apparently normal. The arms rock back and forth while I play. My roommate tells me my chair makes loud thumping noise the whole time.

This is the best customer service I have ever received. And the products are good quality.

Customer service was excellent. Fast answers and problem was solved quickly.

Helpful and generous support

When the tilt-mechanism for the backrest of my Arozzi Vernazza chair started to make the backrest pop, I contacted Arozzi support and I got sent a new tilt mechanism part. The support was extremely quick and easy. Would recommend Arozzi if you want a high quality chair that comes with great service.

I had a problem with an Arozzi Mezzo V2, they helped me and sent a spare in less than 12h. Highly recommended for assistance.

really quick and great service!! my lumbar pillow started to flake off the upholstery so i send an email. the next morning i already received a email back with the message they can send a new one at costs, unfortunatly the color i had wasn't available anymore so they gave me a different offer. i agreed and an hour later i received a special link and bought it. 4 days later it arrived, 1 day earlier than expected, and using it already now.
