Do not shop here EVER!!!!
Ordered a kitchen Aid kettle (not cheap product) for a wedding present. It arrived with the base missing so of no use to anyone.
Worst packaging I have seen in my life! Clearly damaged in transit and resealed. Was told I could take it back to store, so I did! A 25 mile round trip to be told I could not return to store as it was a supplier product.
Customer service is nonexistent at Argos so do not even bother ringing as you have more chance of finding Lord Lucan riding Shergar than getting any sense out of some offshore call centre.
Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic all of it and they call it customer service??? It is anything but!! Not fit for purpose any of it.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

All went wrong
Hi, all I bought was a nightmare
First I received black paint after purchasing light jade green online as there wasn’t any option for delivery to a pickup point:(
I wanted to replace it and the customer service said to wait 1 week at home for the delivery guys to come whenever they can ?
Now, I work and cannot burry myself at home for one week with no way out of the house :(
Second, I asked for refund and the customer service issued me the barcode, no it is not automatic like any other respectful seller you have to ask them :(
The post office was closed because the guy was ill. I went to city centre to send the black paint back and waited one hour as they had only one person working :(
Third, next day delivery came to the post office that was at this time open and I refused to pick up the Jade paint as I want the refunded amount requested 3 days beforehand
I found out that B&M sells the same paint with £10 less at £16 !!!
I called the Argos customer service for third or fourth time I lost count and emailed them with the receipt of the return
I am now patiently waiting for my £26.50 back
It couldn’t be more difficult, so I am giving you One star as there’s no Zero possible

Great service. Decent price
