From start to finish the Arctic Cabins team look after every little detail. On the day of installation the fitters were fantastic and worked so hard to put the unite substantial hut/bar together. The cabin now it has been installed, is better than we expected and we look forward to many parties and chilling nights for years to come.

From start to finish the company and product are amazing. Communication was excellent, product beautiful, installers were polite and explained everything.

Fast delivery and very accommodating. They managed to get us an earlier delivery date to fit in with a preplanned social event. Installers, including the person who brought the base materials ams surveyed the site were prompt and very friendly. They worked hard and kept us informed throughout the build process.excellent company and great service. We love our cabin and look forward to using it lots

We've been very impressed with the whole Arctic Cabins experience. Very professional, helpful, great communications from order to installation. People turned up on time, worked diligently, expertly and professionally. They were friendly, hard-working, respectful and great to have here. They left the site immaculate and everything was simply perfect. And the cabin is truly amazing!

My husband and I are delighted with our new 10m2 arctic cabin. This is our 2nd in 12 years which is testament in itself as to why we are a returning customer and have recommended arctic cabins and cabin master to f n f of which 2 have recently purchased a product. The first cabin had served us well for 12 years and we sold this on privately as our new one would be able to give us new & different options of our current lifestyle. The team from start to finish have been helpful and we like the process of being kept updated with the simple tick sheet paperwork of our order which makes it simple to follow showing your order and the additional extras and options you may have purchased. The company are easy to deal with, it’s a simple no dramas hasstle free process and the staff are knowledgable, hardworking with an end product which is fantastic just as we had expected.
The fitting team were on time, polite, friendly and hardworking and the cabin is perfect. Those who have been part of our journey in getting us to this point need a mention BIG thanks are Rob, Ian, Alex, Steve and Liam. We will look forward to another decade plus of fun and cosy nights in our cabin

Correspondence from the company was spot on and the organisation of the delivery of the base and then the team of 3 who arrived to put the hut up were great. We changed our minds on the day with regards to the positioning of the hut and the team were very obliging with moving the base around the garden until we were happy. We love our hut!

I’m so pleased with my cabin, it looks amazing.
I lit the bbq for the first time this weekend and all the smoke and cooking smells went up the chimney, non of it came into the cabin.

A big shout out to Adam and Josh who installed our BBQ cabin last Friday. Polite, approachable and knowledgeable with good advice on orientation of door and windows. Really helpful guys, gave us a good talk on using the BBQ along with some good tips.
Every one from sales to office staff to material delivery to installers were a pleasure to deal with.

We love our new arctic cabin and have been very impressed with the team. We’ve been well looked after by Andy, who was very patient responding to our many questions before we even ordered it. The installation team of Adam and Todd worked very quickly to get it installed and explained how to work everything. Excellent quality cabin installed by a very professional hard working and polite team. I got the wow factor from placing an order at the good food exhibition and even paying for the cabin days after installation was even a pleasant and made to feel special experience, if you are looking for a bbq hut I would definitely recommend. It’s not just a hut, it’s now a way of life.

Absolutely 100% quality and workmanship. We visited the Nottingham site and dealt with James who gave us all the information, and answered any questions we had. There was no sales pressure. Nikki sorted out our build date and was very informative. The lads Ben and Dale constructed the cabin and worked hard non stop in the heat. They were all brilliant. So pleased with our hut. We are kitting out the bar and looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

It has been four week since the completion of our Arctic cabin time to pick any faults, the other week we had torrential rain and strong winds I can honestly say there are not any, the workmanship is impeccable, and looks stunning.
From day one when we saw Andy Harris at Studley Garden Centre to discuss our requirements & he was very helpful with the various options available, we opted for a double cabin with porch BBQ in the one cabin, light dome & seating in the other, with all accessories as standard.
From then on all the team that were involved in delivering the materials Craig, & Carlos, the construction of the base by Paul, & Richie, the fabrication of the cabin over three days by Jamie, & Will. in what was the hotest days of the year so far at that time, all punctual and well-mannered a credit to the company.
I can Highly recommend there Cabins.
