Have been a costumer for about 7 years now and never had a problem!.
Have been buying from them for about 7 years now, And never ever have I had a problem with them. The orders always arrived within 2 days, neatly packaged and in perfect condition!.
I would definitely recommend them!. Their selection of anime goodies figures is wonderful!.

Left me with a sour taste.
Their selection of items is great, but quality of manga gives me the impression they resell used books. Had volumes that arrived with damaged corners or spines, and yellow pages. They used bubble wrap, so the damage was not caused by the shipping from their warehouse.
Contacted their customer service about this, reply time was good, but they were not polite at all. Somehow it was my fault for attacking them and not understanding that some items may arrive with wear signs/damage at them.

they´re fast, trustworthy and have a fair price. recieved my items nicely wrapped and they even gave some small ekstra things like magazines. Not the last time i order from there!
