Unprofessional & Straight Up Theft. Planning Legal Action
Order items back in November in order to get ahead on Christmas shopping. Weeks go by no items showing up so I raise a ticket as it was getting closer and closer to Christmas.
Was told straight up that the delivery dates on there site at checkout where wrong and my items my not show up for weeks, rightfully I asked follow-up questions they then claimed my items where in my Country and would be delivered in the next few days never happened, so I asked for a refund.
They refused and said they would not refund me till the delivery company they use states the package has been lost. Asked for a timeframe on this never heard back went to the site to attempt to check my order and my entire account has been closed / locked.
So I am out 60 plus euro, cant login to even check my order and there support staff wont respond. Looking into legal options and using chargeback in an attempt to get what I am owed.

Dear Jamie,
You placed an order on November 30th. On December 12th you asked about the status of your package. We told you there had been significant delays to Ireland but that does not mean every package to Ireland has significant delays. We were merely trying to explain what we thought was happening to your specific package: it was delayed but not necessary lost based on past experience.
In any case. we contacted PostNL as soon as you brought this to our attention and are awaiting their reply. This might take a few weeks which is unfortunately very common with shipping carriers.
We sent you 4 replies in the past week explaining the situation (December 12, 19, 20, 22).
Instead of waiting for a response from PostNL, you decided to do a chargeback with your creditcard company on December 21st which is why your account was automatically suspended as long as the chargeback is pending.
You sent your latest email today on December 22th at 13:16 and wrote this review a couple of hours later not giving us a chance to respond again.
There is a chance your package will still arrive. If on the other hand we get confirmation from PostNL that your package is lost, we would have refunded you promptly.
Update: Your package was delivered on December 23rd.

I've been buying stuff from this website for years now and it always was in great condition. there was only 1 time it was damaged on delivery and got full support and got send a good one back.

HORRIBLE / DAMAGED POPS!!!!!
HORRIBLE! They kept sending me DAMAGED pops and they threatened me with not being able to get refunds anymore. Customers have RIGHTS, if you have problems with them too, contact the European Consumer Centres. By belgian and european LAWS their website should have a direct link to the ECC in case of disputes but of course the link is nowhere to be found! SCAMMERS

We are not scammers. Thousands of customers over the last 2 two decades can attest to that. The fact that you were not happy is an unfortunate situation, but sometimes it simply does not work out.
We previously discussed this in direct communication. We have the right to refuse specific customers if we feel the commercial relationship is unbeneficial to both parties, which is definitely the case here.
All your outstanding orders and returns were properly processed with full refunds issued. You did not loose any money in any of this!
We wish you the best of luck with reselling the POPs that you did keep, but for us this case is now closed.
