The sales person, Steven, was very helpful, listened to what we were after, explained what was available in store. We had seen a possible bed online and he took us through the process of placing the order with him. Very pleased with the experience and cannot praise the approach and support from Steven in dealing with us in the Cumbernauld showroom. Now looking forward to delivery in a couple of weeks! Hopefully, that part will go smoothly.

Recent Bed Purchase at Ayr
We visited to Ayr Showroom recently to purchase a king-size bed, having received a brochure with our mail.
Once we had looked at the beds we wanted we were approached by Salesman Andrew Gulbis - making polite, timeous inquiries.
He showed us available fabrics and sowed us where these were on display.
We were left to mull over our options and proceeded with the purchase.
The process was relaxed and low key - which was what we wanted and would thank Andrew for his knowledge and professionalism.
We were also offered an option for the bed to remain in storage until we prepare the room for this and we were advised of the bed assembly service which we took.

Zero score all day
If there was an option for a 0 score i would. we placed an order in good faith for an ottoman bed and mattress to be delivered and fitted. Paid £600 deposit. 2 weeks later they called to say they did not have any fitters but would send a shop worker who in his own words was "im too old to do this now" to try and build on a saturday night another 3 weeks later. we wanted it fitted properly and safely, by professional tradesmen and after discussing this we decided to not go ahead with the order due to their change of contract with us. They are now refusing to refund us and we will go through the proper channels to have this back. we cannot afford to lose this money. Their manager called to offer no help or acknowledgment

Test the mattress before you buy it!!
Went into the Auldhouse store looking for a medium-firm mattress. Ian looked up the mattress I'd been considering online and suggested I try a few others first, just to get a proper feel for them before making a decision.
I quickly realised medium-firm was actually too soft for my preference. I told Ian I didn't like memory foam, preferred pocket springs and gave him a few other details about what I was looking for. He pointed me towards the Elder 1000.
As soon as I lay on it, I knew it was exactly the feel I'd been looking for. I've had it for around a month now and I'm sleeping like a baby.
Fantastic advice and service from Ian. Thanks again!
