When I entered the store Lynn (sales person) welcomed me and offered details regarding bedroom furniture sets, then left me to browse on my own. When I needed assistance she was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had all the information I required. I explained to the sales assistant (Andrew) what I was looking for and why and he was really helpful. He listened, gave advice and helped me to choose. Most important to me was that I felt he actively patiently listened. Can't praise him enough for his help.
