Bought small double yesterday. Andrew the man who served me did a fab Job at getting me the right bed. Great price and very comfy bed. Also got three chest drawer for great price. Would recommend them to any one keep up the good work Andrew.

Very very arrogant and bad attitide from a member called Sam Woodhead while speaking to her on the phone over a viewing, the "dont care" attitide was disgusting, will never deal with Archers again

We sold our house recently with Archers Estates and I was very impressed with their service, from valuation right the way through to our completion. Communication was excellent at all times, particularly when it came to booking viewings via the app - it was very helpful to have all the information about prospective buyers in one place. Photos of the property were excellent and very professionally done - we were particularly impressed with the 'walk-round' tour aspect of this.
Sam and Adam were very friendly and supportive throughout the sale process and were always quick to respond to email and phone communications. I would thoroughly recommend Archers to anyone selling a house!

Maybe good for selling but not renting. Wasted time using a third party reference company, where the app failed on numerous occasions. Totally unhelpful, not returning holding fee even tho they should. Misinformed at every turn. Would not recommend. Now back at square one. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

An agent that is very happy to rent out property's for £950 a month, that are not even habitable. A disgrace.

Archers Estate Agent placed a recent advert in the local Crosspool Clarion winter magazine 2022 stating as being the `No 1 Estate Agent`. Not sure how such a statement can be made, as this was far from the experience we encountered in dealing with this company in selling our family home. We experienced the following:-
• Information in the shop window was incorrect - wrong pricing and stated house was sold when it wasn’t. A stronger focus appeared to be given to houses in the shop window that were already sold rather than ensuring information on our property was correct
• Certain information on Rightmove regarding the property was incorrect and not amended when informed.
• A potential buyer was informed the property had been sold and as such was refused a viewing. The property had not been sold and incorrect verbal information was given by a staff member
• Following a complaint direct to the owner and staff members regarding the catalogue of errors, the matter was still not rectified for 3 days.
• The sales negotiator attitude appeared disinterested and quite curt and forced us to go to final bids on a Tuesday knowing full well she did not work on that day.
• The Director of Archers appeared to take no responsibility for the issues of concern leading to my family losing trust and confidence in Archers.
• The company uses an answering machine which just states 'phone back later' with no facility to leave a message or offer from staff to ring back any potential buyers.

Instead of removing stress of selling our home Archers created more for our family as a result of a lack of due diligence on their part which eventually led to us in instructing Archers to take our house off the market and for our family to dispense with their services.

We have used Archers recently to advertise our rental property on a tenant find let only basis. The service we have received was first class from the initial accurate market appraisal via Adam , through to the advertising and marketing and viewings of the property. Shelley and the team kept us regularly updated throughout the process and the associated administration was completed very quickly. We would highly recommend this agent 👌

Archers are a very dishonest letting agent that don’t solve issues but only want to create problems for their tenants. Please avoid and choose a more reputed letting agent.

Made an offer on a property managed by archers of full asking price, no communication from the agent for over 5 days giving me any update on where we were with the offer. Then Got a call asking if I wanted to increase my offer which I didn’t agent said they would come back to me, no call to tell me my offer had been rejected formally only found out when the house showed as sold subject to contract on line. Whilst I understand the agent was working for the vendor it’s polite to keep the buyer up to date on the offer even if you don’t have any news. I wouldn’t use this estate agent in the future sales and would even avoid viewing a property they have listed

We certainly chose the right Estate agents, although our sale took longer than expected with the Covid lockdown, we were most happy with the service that Archers provided. The photographs were a cut above the rest, the team at Archers were supportive, and dealt with any query or question with a speedy response. We are most pleased with the service we received from them, they are friendly, pro active and we would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

We looked at one traditional agent & 2 online estate agents. Archers Estates being the traditional agent, were much the same price as the online agents but their local knowledge of Sheffield was far superior. We engaged Archers and never looked back and never regretted appointing them as our agent. The whole Archers team were attentive, approachable, flexible and generally made us feel we were in good hands from the outset. They sold our house at the price we wanted so what more could you want from an estate agent? We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants the job done properly and extremely professionally. Thanks Adam and team, you did us proud.
