Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I signed up for ten Farsi courses in Istanbul. Due to an error with Apprentus, my teacher was unable to receive payments from Apprentus. My teacher did not want to meet until this issue was resolved. It took almost two weeks for Apprentus to resolve the payment issue. Because my time in Istanbul was limited, this meant I wasn't able to attend the lessons I signed up for. Therefore I asked to be refunded, minus one course. They refunded me but withheld a 25 euro "membership payment." Keep in mind that this all happened because of an error on their end and had they resolved the issue in a timely manner, they would have had my business. There are no benefits of having a "membership" so withholding that money is dishonest, unethical and illegal. Don't do business with a company that treats its clients with such contempt.
