We sourced the exact same model from Appliance City online and from order to delivery everything was seamless and professional. Price was very competitive too. The delivery team (Karl and Carl) were very cheerful and helpful too. We Highly recommend this company.

HiSense Ovens Stopped Working
I bought 2 Hisense BSA65336PX Pyrolytic Multifunction Single Ovens 3 years ago, both of which have had same problems with error 10 codes and now the dial does not work to select presets. I am not willing to have them fixed anymore as it's just not worth it as another problem will pop up.
They cost me £400 each and you would expect them to last more than 3 years. Been offered no help.. the ball has been thrown back in my court. It's just not good enough. Do not buy the brand. Rubbish.

Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged, scratches and dents and looked second hand.
I rang and was told that because it was longer than 14 days they probably couldn't do anything but to email pictures and it number which i did. No reply. Emailed again about the 6 month burden of proof and their legal requirement to do something, no reply again. Thankfully paid on credit card to claim under section 75. Had to buy another item elsewhere as the kitchen fitter needed it. Out of pocket over £400. Avoid.
Edit 27 July, despite the response, xxx which seems standard copy and paste... nobody has contacted me from senior management!

Very happy with my purchase (American Fridge Freezer, Washing machine and Dishwasher) from Appliance City. The sales team was incredibly responsive and answered all our technical questions. The delivery team was prompt and courteous. Appliance City is my new go to for home appliances.

Great company to deal with
Excellent communication from the moment of purchase, just great service right up to the delivery that actually was earlier than expected.
Price paid very competitive and also 5 year free warranty too, unlike most other white goods companies.
