I purchased the lifetime membership almost three years. I have gone through a few different computers since than. I am trying to activate my account on a new computer and I receive a message that says "Activations Overrun." I emailed the company and informed them I do not have the software actively running on any other computers. Their customer support is so stupid that they just keep replying with an explanation of how to properly log in. They absolutely suck and should be ashamed of themselves for not attempting to assist individuals whom actually paid for their crap software. Also, the phone number provided for customer service does not exist.

Please be aware of purchase their so-called "Life-time"licence software, I paid the life-time licence of their screen recorder software in middle of 2021 with my mobile number as login method, but by end of 2023, they stopped the moblile SMS login method, and asking me to show the receipt I received 2 years ago, even I have shown them with the screenshot video of my problem, they just muck me around and try to let me buy another licence. This company sucks. Please be aware of your money on spending to this company.

Do not buy their ApowerREC. It is an inferior product that doesn't allow you to edit your videos. The sound quality playback come out with oscillating volume which come out garbled sometimes. Contacting them about the problem doesn't help. They don't really understand their own product to explain why it is defected.

Ordered Video Download. App is not working as I expected so I requested a refund. So far I have heard crickets. I have a bad feeling about this company, looks like a scam.

Always my go-to screen recording software. However, since their update they don't give me MP4 files, but .webm files which you can not play forward quickly.

However, they do have a converter. This is a situation of creating a problem on purpose to offer their own solution. This cost me a lot of extra time because I make big files. Very annoying how this feature turned out. Hope they are gonna change this fast.

I brought Apowersoft Recovery software for only one month but Apowersoft charged me for another month without my consent. Apowersoft website doesn't provide any method for me to cancel it

Scammy. Performance of the product was poor (kept encouraging me to buy other licenses for simple tasks like cropping), so within 24hrs I had requested a refund, in line with the 30-day moneyback guarantee advertised...

After being told my refund was "in high priority", I have been unable to get hold of anyone for almost 3 weeks since.

FRAUDS - I purchased video download capture in 2/2015. Iwas to be charged $59.95 for lifetime. Instead they auto-charged that amount each year. Cant get to their support. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDS - Joel 6-20-2022

i bought the apowersoft screen recorder and did not like it...the playback video was choppy...i asked for a refund and still have not got an answer..

wished i never bought the product..really sorry

I'm going to start with a comment from the guide rules, quote, to be truthful and honest. That said, I cannot give a positive review of the app, but as I considered how to approach this review, it's not the app at fault but the person responsible of ownership of such! I, take responsibility not fully researching it before it required installing it that I realized I was deceived to believe in 6 occasions it was free, it can be checked. So, I started to install, to my dismay as soon as installed it, it required a payment of 5 dollar, I can also prove it, I did not want to continue but no matter what I could not stop the app installing itself against my will. When asked if I want it to make changes in the system, I denied the request, but it didn't matter at all. I franticly tried to stop the damage to my operating system, to no avail. Prior to this action, I will briefly explain that the $5 dollar payment was for the app platform, but that there's a fee after a certain amount of time once the time versus money ran out in order to continue. All of this could have been avoided had the add been honest, notwithstanding the fact of massive intrusion to my operating system having installed itself without my permission forcing me to factory restart my laptop. This is why I write this review. Persons such as I, fall for astute deceiving adds that are allowed to sell or promote a product far from what it claims, I hope my experience can help someone else not suffer the same faith. I have very little hope being righted, and to asks anyone considering downloading an app, to research what they are getting. They should be a law against people who make money and cause undue burden to others punishable, to anyone that reads and benefits from this review, thank you. Signed DG

Bad experience. The product (Apowermirror) did not do what was advertised. Support just stopped answering after one reply. Tried to get my money back - no chance.
I recommend anyone to not make business with this company.
I rarely share a negative review, but I hate being ignored as a customer.

Very lazy customer service. Any issue you raise, their response will be to download the same software you have already downloaded or they will never get back. They don't look into issues or respond. "Ryan" is likely the worst of all, really doesn't understand issues or how to look into issues you've raised. Really wish the team would actually look at bugs and fixes instead of *constantly* providing the same download link as if that does anything.

Ah jeez, this program is a piece of .... Bought the Apowersoft screenrecorder software year subscription. I start to record, enter my game to record it. When i was done the software had just quit.. without a notice or a errormessage! It didn't record anything! And This is the second time it does that! First time I thought oh well okay can happen, but again?? Don't buy this software..

Sorry Apowersoft but you blew it with me. I was kinda positive at first. But working on my project took me hours EXTRA with this product. Watching back by recordings on speed it just fast forwards the total video and you can only watch small parts before you have to open the video again to watch the rest at speed and repeat this several times. This already sucked. Also working on fullscreen the whole time, suddenly my new recordings are all a cropped part of my screen hence fullscreen mode is selected! Now I have to do all my recordings again. Also I pressed recor, the timer started to clock. I started my project to record, and after 1,5 h I suddenly noticed it did not record?? I'm not an idiot, I work with a lot of programs this is not on me. This program is UNRELIABLE! And therefor I had to give this bad review! Wasting my time.

I bought a lifetime License for ApowerManager. I was interested in the reflect feature. When I tried using it I could not get it to work. It sent me to a forum to try to troubleshoot it but there I found out others have had the same problem and it didn't seem like I was going to be able to get it fixed. I asked for a refund and they pretty quickly issued me one. I gave them 5 stars because in the end I'm not out anything.

One of the products did not function in the way that I originally wanted, so I asked for a refund. They provided the refund within a week and was very responsive. I've tried out their other products and I think they are quite good, so if I need their products again, I would buy again.
