I have purchased an item from their…
I have purchased an item from their website but I have received the wrong item. When I called them to have a return label they even did not offer a free return label. They have the same warehouse number for two different products, obviously their mistake on the website but they even did not accept it is their mistake and they have to fix it.
Awful online shopping experience from apoteket-online
Online shopping goes wrong sometimes but at least other shops offer free return labels and they express they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they are not. They were very proud of their awful lousy service.
