The support is really great. Fast response time. Quick problem solution. In my case, it involved merging two license keys.

After reinstalling my computer, I had a problem with my Backupper Pro registration code.
I reported it, and Megan Z solved the problem in one day.
Now that's what I call real service!

First of all the Software is great. Second I had to get my serial codes back since I lost my Email and upgraded to win11, Lanry Lucky helped me quick and everything was fine!

I was surprised at how quickly Lanry responded to my issue. Also very happy that his help actually worked the first time. Lanry also personalized his email..

If you plan using AOMEI Cyber Backup for VSphere please be aware that the Linux Version of Cyber Backup is outdated and >2years old! There is no actual Version and Version 2.3 has massive bugs in the VM Snapshots. So be aware that this is no solution for reliable Backups!
