Quick clear answer to my question compared to other companies. Full information given to my query without me having to prompt for it

We got our updated direct debit and it was incredibly high - we were pretty sure it was because of a leak we'd had outside our boundary that Anglian Water fixed in the summer.

I explained the situation to Chloe on WhatsApp and she sorted it all out straight away, we now have a refund coming our way plus an adjusted bill that meets our actual usage.

This is the second time I've contacted Anglian Water using the WhatsApp chat and both times they have been great (Chloe this time and Emily back in May).

Was assisted by Kyle in setting up Anglian water switchover, was easy to do and didn't have any issues or miscommunication, very understanding.

I’m so impressed with the WhatsApp service offered by Anglian Water! It’s usually such a complicated process trying to deal with any kind of admin from a distance, but I’ve been utterly amazed at the speed and efficiency of the Anglian Water team. Needed to provide documentary proof to be set up as Power of Attorney on an account. An absolutely painless and simple procedure and was done within an hour along with the appropriate details being set up on the priority services register for water, gas and electric. Polite and professional and i couldn't fault their service.

Used the WhatsApp communication today and Kyle was very helpful and prompt.

Just spoke to Teri to sort out a change of address, you always dread these things as you assume it’s going to be a bit of a boring, painful process including untold amount of checks, double checks, identity verification’s, money laundering checks, you name it, it’s gotta be checked…..

But no, Anglian Water change of address system was superfast, super efficient Teri got it sorted in like 30 seconds, & he was lovely

Evie was amazing, very understanding and kind natured. She got straight to the point and made sure I was on the best tariff for my current circumstances. Very easy process and the whatsapp chat option was easy to use with quick replies.

I don't normally like leaving reviews on Trust pilot but today I had TWO different Anglian Water employees (Chloe and Tara) be so helpful, efficient, friendly, it was actually a pleasure dealing with a utility company.

I was on WhatsApp chat with Kirsty today and I have to say she was so helpful, she has told me what to do so hopefully something will get sorted out for me.

I had a few issues regarding my account and found i could at my own pace resolve this via talking to someone on WhatsApp.

I was put through to someone called Scott. I can honestly say the best experience I have had trying to resolve a matter. Scott was quick in responding, talked me through how to do certain things online with my account, was patient (!) and very helpful! My first experience in dealing with a utility bill via WhatsApp and from start to finish, Scott was amazing! Big thank you to Scott and thank you Anglian Water to setting up this service!

I had a really lovely customer service rep named Lewis who took his time to help me with my enquiry. I recently moved and was worried about the lack of bills over the past 3 months so it was a relief to had everything explained to me and to swap over to a monthly billing plan. I was also pleased to learn I would be billed less than originally thought so that was a bonus too. Really helpful and made me worry much less.

Spoke with Kyle today via WhatsApp and he was incredibly helpful and clear at explaining everything to me and resolving my queries. Excellent
